There is a wise teacher called the past.

The past is where you learn the knowledge and the future is where you apply it.

Holding on tight to something that has gone has no purpose.

Unlock your imagination and dare to dream of a new future.

Learn the lessons from the past as they will make you a wise teacher for the future.

You are the author of your own book and each moment is an opportunity to write a new page.

Write a best seller and call it your life.

Your perception is your power.

It governs the internal chemistry of your body.

In this meditation,

Let's go back into the past.

Allow yourself to develop insight by changing your perception.

This will create a paradigm,

Restoring balance and harmony back into your life.

Now find a comfortable position,

Nice and quiet.

Maintain a nice straight back and place your hands on your knees in any mudra or palms facing up if you wish to lay down for this practice.

Gently close your eyes and mouth and let's start by taking a deep breath.

In through the nose and out through the nose.

In through the nose and out through the nose.

In through the nose and out through the nose.

In through the nose and out through the nose.

Now feel your body,

Feel every cell within your body.

What do you feel like?

Scan your body up and down.

Now centralize your attention.

Breathe into your heart center.

Breathe into the center for the next few moments.

Now go back to a memory that caused you suffering.

What did you feel?

How did this experience make you feel?

Allow your body to express these feelings.

And now ask yourself,

What did I learn from this?

Has this experience made me a better person?

Has this experience made me more cautious?

Have I gained knowledge from this experience?

Have I gained insight from this experience?

Has this experience made me more wiser?

What benefits do I have from holding onto this feeling?

If this feeling is causing you suffering,

Then it is like a fire that is burning you from the inside.

Change your interpretation to this memory.

Change your perception to this experience,

To one that is of learning and awareness.

Harmonize this energy.

Restore inner balance.

For you are presence.

You are now.

You are awareness.

Connect to your essence.

You have learned from your experiences.

Your experiences have made you into a stronger person.

You are more wiser now.

Change your perception and gain your insight from this memory.

Change the interpretation and keep only a healthy perspective.

Define yourself with your presence and not your past.

You have learned.

You have grown.

You are wiser.

You are more knowledgeable.

Liberate your negative attachment to this memory and substitute it with a new perception of insight.

You are here to become experientially rich.

So learn with an open mind and a healthy perspective.

Change your insight.

Configure a new setting.

Reset a new perspective.

Let go of the constraints of the past and define yourself with this eternal presence.

You are not your past.

Your memories are just experiences that you have learned from.

There is no need to hold onto any emotions of the past.

Let go of all emotional baggage.

Harmonize your body.

Restore your balance.

Change your perception.

And just breathe out all unwanted energies.

And breathe in a new fresh breath of life.

Breathe out stress and breathe in self-love.

Allow the deep love you have for yourself to take over your body.

Let this healing energy radiate in every cell.

Simply keep love in your heart.

Your love is the most healing,

Powerful energy.

Restore your inner balance.

Breathe out all the unsettled energy and breathe in love and balance.

Keep using your exhale to breathe out your stress and use your inhale to restore your balance.

Detoxify your body from this unwanted energy.

Allow the universal power of love to take over your body.

And breathe in a new fresh breath of life.
