Gently close your eyes and let's start by taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
Focus your attention behind your forehead.
Focus in on your mind's eye.
Located between your eyebrows,
Just focus here for the next few moments.
This center is your mental screen.
We will be using this screen to bring up past memories.
Now I want you to go back into your past history.
What memories can you remember that cause you negative emotions?
Take a few moments to remember the strongest memories.
That memory has the strongest charge of emotion attached to it.
Bring this memory into your mental screen.
Be very aware of the emotions charging this memory.
Allow your body to feel these emotions without any judgment or interpretations.
Surrender to these emotions and simply just observe.
Keep playing the memory in your mental screen.
Follow this memory.
And now,
Just breathe deeply.
And ask yourself,
Who is the one doing the observing?
Are you the observer or the memory?
Keep your attention in a state of awareness and just observe these emotions.
Your attention keeps these memories alive and charged.
And by observing and keeping your attention in awareness,
These memories lose their charge.
So now,
Just observe and breathe.
Allow this memory to play over and over and over again until you separate yourself from this memory.
Do not identify with the memory,
But just observe the emotion attached to it.
Allow the emotion to freely express in your body.
Just breathe and feel the emotion lose its charge over you.
Feel your body becoming very light with each breath.
Go through this memory over and over again until you pierce it with your awareness.
Break free from the emotional charge by staying in a state of non-identification.
And just breathe in and out.
Define yourself as presence.
You are here and now.
You are not your past.
You are not the emotional pattern.
You are the awareness.
Just breathe in and out.
And flush this unwanted energy from your body.
Embrace your emotional baggage.
Just breathe and allow yourself to be still and present.
Now rest in this new found space.
Allow your mind to relax in this new found space of pure awareness.
Awareness that is unobstructed by any past emotional patterns or memories.
Be free from your past emotions and surrender to the power of your presence.
Repeat this process until you have liberated your energetic bond with past memories.
