Music Painful experiences can leave behind a residue of negative energy in the body.
Over time these memories accumulate and the energy becomes toxic to the body.
This can disrupt the balance of your body's chemical order and can lead to health issues.
It is important to make peace with painful memories and liberate the emotional charge.
In this meditation we will release the emotions from your body that charge up these memories to be painful.
A wise man once said,
Emotional pain of any kind is a reminder to stop and look inside.
Find a comfortable position,
Nice and quiet.
Gently close your eyes and mouth.
Let's start by taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
In through the nose and out through the nose.
In through the nose and out through the nose.
In through the nose and out through the nose.
In through the nose and out through the nose.
Focus your attention behind your forehead.
This is your inner vast space of consciousness.
Focus in on your mind's eye located between your eyebrows for the next few moments.
The key to this meditation is to be the observer.
Do not let the past confine you.
Do not let your memories define you.
Be present.
Experience this moment as the observer.
Free yourself from all your pain by letting go and just observing.
Do not identify or resist.
Simply let the memories come up and just be the witness.
Allow yourself to feel the pain but just observe.
Still be present and just breathe.
Begin by going back into a memory where you felt pain,
Disappointment or sorrow.
Bring this memory into your mind's eye.
Observe this memory from the point of observation.
Feel the emotions of this memory and allow them to take over your body.
Start to breathe in deeply and focus on extending your exhale.
In through the nose,
Extending and releasing out through the nose.
Observe the emotions from a point of awareness.
Feel these emotions separate from your body.
Bring these emotions into your mind's eye by feeling and channeling this energy from your body into your mind's eye.
Now just breathe deeply and slowly.
And each time you exhale,
Realize that you are not these emotions.
Feel the emotional charge weakening with each and every breath.
You have the power to either identify with the emotion or observe the emotion associated with this memory.
Go deeper than the memory.
Feel the energy associated with the memory.
Breathe out this unwanted energy from your body.
Just breathe this energy out by not identifying with the memory.
The memory is gone and so should all negative emotions.
Just breathe it out and have focus on the intention of weakening this energy field.
Do not define yourself by the past.
Be present and breathe out this unwanted energy.
Separate yourself from this emotion.
Just breathe and allow your body to relax.
Surrender to these emotions.
Now mentally play back the memory over and over again until you feel no connection or identification with these emotions.
Just allow these emotions to come up.
Channel these emotions in your mind's eye.
And just breathe the unwanted energy out by using the extension of your exhale.
Just feel your body becoming very,
Very light with each and every breath.
Be free from the emotions of the past.
Liberate yourself from the shackles of past memories.
Just breathe and observe and do not identify.
Just allow this energy to flush out of your system and relax in your being and in your presence.
You are the awareness,
Not the emotions.
Keep your attention in your breath and not your memory.
Repeat this process until you feel no negative emotions towards this memory.
