We all have a personal history,
A narrative that plays out in our minds that represents our past.
But memory is creative.
How you look at the world today might change how you perceive it tomorrow.
Depending on the way that you feel will determine how you view the past,
You see the world as you are.
Our past is an experience,
Not a sentence.
When we are born we have pure potential,
Pure possibility.
And somewhere along our journey,
For some of us,
We get hurt,
We suffer,
And we go through experiences that programs the mind and the body to feel like,
I am not enough.
I am not worthy.
I can't do that.
I am not good enough.
The power of our yes is overturned into no.
Projecting experiences,
Interactions,
And people that may help us to grow and develop.
Every moment can be transformational,
Bringing awareness into our space.
We change our thought process to suit our goals.
Uplift your being with new feelings from a future that excites you,
Letting go of the feelings from the past that no longer serves you.
When you are ready,
You will find a lesson and let go with compassion.
The way we feel at times is due to the subconscious,
Replaying back thoughts and feelings that no longer serves us,
Manifested as a voice in the head,
The commentator.
But through self-awareness and the power of attention,
You have a choice to channel your energy into what serves you.
By choosing differently,
We change the neurofeedback loops,
Putting a brake on the automatic programs that govern our thoughts,
Changing our paradigm.
You can easily believe in a future that excites you rather than romancing a past that no longer serves you.
Take a moment to get comfortable in your position.
When you are closing the eyes,
Notice the sensation in the body.
Breathing deep from the abdominal region,
Observing the rise and fall of your belly.
If you cannot feel the belly,
Just breathe a little deeper by expanding your abdominal region with each breath.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Each time you exhale,
Let something go.
Feel the calmness taking place.
Let's set an intention by repeating this mantra.

And allow your face to gently smile.
I give myself permission to relax.
Now just allow your normal breath to take place.
Do not disturb the natural rhythm of the breath.
Simply just be.
Allow this experience to move through you.
Having a creative mind is to learn how to use the mind.
Be the master.
Take control.
You are in charge.
Just audition for your attention but you are the purchaser.
You are not a victim of life.
You are a creator.
A survivor.
Your past was a teacher.
In this moment you are pure potential.

I am enough.
I am worthy.
I have learned valuable lessons.
I am much wiser.
I am ready for a new chapter.
Now let's take a few moments to change your paradigm.
Whatever thought or feeling that has been holding you back lately,
Allow it to surface.
Now as a creator let's change the paradigm by first visualizing an outcome that you desire that transcends or overrides this thought or feeling.
What outcome do you want to experience that will help overcome this feeling?
See it clearly in your mind.
Now let's elevate our feelings to match our vision.
What does this desired outcome feel like?
What would you feel like after you created this experience?
The magic is in the feeling.
Too often we approach situations with fear,
When we should approach them with love.
Love will always win and it is the highest vibration in the universe and it will help you achieve what you desire.
Feeling desired outcomes and playing out the choices and the steps will always set the blueprint for you to be a creator of life.
What is the signature feeling to this outcome?
Elevate your emotions and see and feel the outcome unfold as you desire.
Stay in this feeling.
Stay disorderly.
I am good enough.
I am worthy.
I am in control of my experiences.
Your higher self is always responding to you.
Be in control.
Be creative.
And use the power of your consciousness to change the paradigm.
To change the feeling.
To change the narrative that suits your highest potential.
