Awaken Your Inner Buddha,
Part 2 Please sit in a comfortable meditative posture and maintain a nice straight back.
With your spinal column erect and your hands on your knees,
Gently close your eyes and mouth.
Now let's start by taking in a deep breath through the nose and out through the nose.
In through the nose and out through the nose.
Start to take in full deep breaths and pay attention to the flow of your breath.
Allow each breath to bring you into a deeper state of relaxation.
Everything dawns upon you and you begin your day by setting an intention.
Your intention is to awaken your inner Buddha.
Let's begin your journey by chanting universal mantra OM three times.
OM OM OM As you begin to walk up the mountain,
Your sense of awareness feels heightened.
You are very aware of your surroundings.
You sense the unmoving presence of the mountain and you notice how solid and beautiful this mountain is.
In your view,
You can see all the peaks that are high in the sky as you make your way up to the summit.
In the distance,
You notice a cave that has been carved into the mountain.
There is a faint sound coming from the cave.
You feel compelled to walk into this cave.
The sound gets louder and louder.
When you reach the cave,
It is pitch black.
You walk into this cave and the sound stops.
Embrace the silence for the next few moments while being aware of the flow of your breath.
GIVE N prevented靓 All of a sudden,
You hear a voice that echoes.
The voice says,
What are your fears?
What are your insecurities?
Tell me your fears.
Tell me your insecurities.
In this task,
You will face your fears before you proceed on your path to Buddhahood.
You sit in the meditative posture,
Just being aware of your breath and allowing your breath to bring you into this present moment.
Focus your attention behind your forehead.
This is the mental screen of consciousness.
Now allow your fears to manifest in front of the screen.
Allow all your insecurities to manifest in front of the screen.
Just let go and let every fear bubble up to the screen.
Face your fears.
Face your insecurities from a state of observation.
The path of Buddhahood is all about non-identification.
So as you observe your fears and insecurities on the screen,
There's no need to identify with them.
Just simply observe them.
During this practice,
You're creating a space and a sense of detachment from your fears and insecurities.
You are not your fears or insecurities.
Buddhahood is beyond psychological concepts.
Suddenly you start to feel an awakening from within and you start to feel the wisdom from your inner Buddha.
This wisdom tells you thoughts have no power over you.
Your thoughts are given power through your attention.
You realize that you are not your thoughts.
You witness your thoughts.
Therefore,
You are not your thoughts.
You take a personal vow to only focus your energy on the things that enhance your life.
Your thoughts create reality.
So invest in thoughts that create a reality that you want to live.
You realize that you can focus your energy within your body.
Your body is your temple.
Focus your attention inside your heart center.
Feel each breath come in and out from your heart.
Keep your attention in your heart center for the next few moments.
When you are in a state of deep meditation,
You can focus your attention on the things that enhance your life.
When you are in a state of deep meditation,
You can focus your attention on the things that enhance your life.
When you are in a state of deep meditation,
You can focus your attention on the things that enhance your life.
When you are in a state of deep meditation,
You can focus your attention on the things that enhance your life.
Now you walk outside of the cave feeling rejuvenated and reborn.
Walking along your path,
You focus on your breath and you start to feel a sense of peace take over you.
You look up into the sky and you can see the summit.
This is where you are headed.
You notice the eagles flying around the summit.
Back on your journey,
You notice a little village in the distance.
As you approach,
You see a small friendly community that live in tipis.
They greet you with love and respect.
You sit down on a tree log and notice kids playing around the tipis.
You hear a whisper from behind you.
Don't forget your inner child.
In this meditation,
You will be connecting to your inner child.
Focus on your breath and allow your breath to bring you into this present moment.
Switch your attention behind your forehead now and remind yourself of what makes you happy.
Go back to your happiest memories as a child.
Relive these memories and remember what used to make you happy when everything seemed more simple and carefree.
No responsibilities.
Reconnect with the inner child deep within you.
I'll give you a few moments to remember and relive these memories.
Now,
You start to feel more of an awakening.
Your inner Buddha is telling you to be happy for just being you.
Be grateful for each breath.
Be grateful for each moment.
Do not expect anything and then everything becomes a gift.
You realize you do not need a reason to be happy.
You are the reason.
Being alive is the greatest gift that we can receive.
For the next few moments,
Please meditate on the feelings of happiness.
Explore deeper aspects of your being.
Meditate on the feelings of gratitude.
Meditate on the feelings of compassion.
Meditate on the feelings of gratitude.
Nightfall is approaching and a few elders have invited you to sit by the fire.
You sit down next to the elders.
You feel peace.
You feel love.
And you feel joy.
The elders start to chant.
You listen to their chant for the rest of this practice.
You feel peace.
You feel love.
And you feel joy.
The elders start to chant.
You listen to their chant for the rest of this practice.
You feel peace.
You feel love.
And you feel joy.
The elders start to chant.
You feel love.
And you feel joy.
The elders start to chant.
You feel love.
And you feel joy.
The elders start to chant.
You feel love.
And you feel joy.
The elders start to chant.
You feel love.
The elders start to chant.
