The breath is the bridge between spirit and matter.

The invitation of light from the universe around you.
360 degrees.
Light from the sun and stars.
Light into your physical body of bone and blood.
Light into the organs and systems of your body,
Cells and DNA.
And on the out-breath is the purging and releasing of lower frequency energies that you have picked up in this 3D world.
Anything you need to release,
Release on the out-breath back to the horizon.
Releasing it back to the universe.
Allowing more space for your own soul's light in the physical body.
And breathing and opening.
Inviting light now into the emotional body on the in-breath.
Light into the emotions.
Anywhere you have energies that do not belong to you.
Emotional energy that's crystallised or becomes stagnant or rigid in your emotional body.
On the out-breath purge and release,
Sending it back to the light.
Back to the universe.
Allowing more space,
More fluidity in your emotional body.
So light on the in-breath into the emotional body,
Which could also be called the pain body or part of the pain body.
On the out-breath purging and releasing pain that's not yours,
Suffering that's not yours.
Allowing more space for your bliss body.
And following the cycle of breath,
Light into the lower mental body.
And anywhere you are holding energies,
Mental energies that do not serve you.
Other people's judgement,
Criticism,
Negativity,
Belief systems.
Perhaps even other people's visions which are not yours or values on the out-breath purge and release.
Send them back to the universe,
Back to the light.
Allow more space for your own soul's light in the lower mental body,
More fluidity.
And following that cycle of breath as I call your teams in spirit of the highest light and resonance.
Your higher selves from the 6th dimension to the 12th dimension.

And let's call the archangels of the horizontal plane.
Beginning in the east with Raphael Archangel of Air.
The symbol of this angel is a crystal wand.
And the energy is Emerald Green Fire.
Focusing on the wand and calling that fire into the space to hold the space.
To the south is Archangel Michael,
The Archangel of Fire.
The symbol of this archangel is a sword of flaming blue angelic light.
And the energy,
Electric Blue Fire.
As you focus on the symbol calling that fire to hold your space front and back,
Left and right,
All directions.
To the west is Gabriel Archangel of Water.
The symbol of this archangel is a silver chalice.
The energy is Diamond White Fire.
As you focus on the chalice inviting that fire into the space to hold you in this transmission.
And the fourth angel is Uriel Archangel of Earth.
The symbol is a golden pentacle.
The energy,
Ruby Red Fire.
As you focus on the symbol calling that fire into the space to hold the space during this transmission.
Four angels,
Four energies and open.
Let's call the archangels of the vertical plane.
Beginning with Metatron from the Great Central Sun.
This archangel holds the Christ Grid,
Cosmic Christ Grid of White Gold Fluid Fire.
Inviting that grid of light down through the Stargate of our Sun.
Down into this ascending realm.
This ascending earth plane.
Light down into the structure of the building you are in.
Into the walls,
The floor,
The ceiling,
Doors and windows.
Closing off the space in White Gold Fire.
And calling to Sandafon of the Earth below to bring up the Crystalline Grid of the Earth.
Uriel White up to the feet.
Grounding you down.
Up to the legs.
And Base Chakra.
Allowing a deeper grounding into the Crystalline Grid.
Bringing that light up to the pelvic area.
And also up to the heart,
Anchoring into the heart.
Really helping you ground this energy.
Six angels,
Six energies and open.
And to begin I call on Metatron and Sandafon to expand a pillar of White Gold Light around you.
A protective pillar in all directions.
Three or four feet out from your physical body in all directions.
Protecting you from lower force interference.
I ask Metatron to begin to transmit White Gold Fire from the Great Central Sun into the Well of Dreams.
Which is a chakra situated at the base of Skull Back of Head.
And this centre is helpful in helping you dream in a 5D way.
Helping you create your reality more elegantly.
Helps you expand your multidimensional gifts,
Your connection to those gifts.
Gifts such as telepathic communication,
Clairvoyance,
Clairaudience.
Astral travelling.
Vivid dream recall.
Accessing levels of the Akashic Records.
Light language.
Healing abilities and more.
Light from the Great Central Sun,
White Gold Fire into this chakra.
Beginning to clear anything that can be cleared from other lifetimes or even this lifetime.
Clearing as far as possible any negative energies you have absorbed there that's blocking the chakra.
Preventing it from opening and activating.
Allowing this light to begin to clear and open all layers and levels.
Beginning to allow a spin at all layers and levels of this chakra.
And as it does so,
It begins to radiate a gentle white gold magenta light.
Allowing that radiance to expand as far as possible.
And I call on Raphael and Metatron to begin to transmit light into the crown chakra.
Opening the crown.
Also into the third eye in the centre of the head,
The pineal gland.
Opening and activating the third eye.
Creating a line of force between crown and third eye.
Raphael and Metatron then begin to transmit light into the throat chakra.
And from there creating a line of force connecting the throat to the third eye,
The pineal gland.
So crown,
Third eye and throat connected in light.
Let's call upon Raphael and Metatron to connect your crown chakra with a line of force to the well of dreams at the back of your head.
Just allowing that line of force to form.
Connecting crown to well of dreams.
Then Raphael and Metatron connecting your third eye,
Pineal gland to the well of dreams.
So two lines of force,
One from crown to the well of dreams,
One from third eye.
Then also throat to the well of dreams.
Creating what might be called a large triangle that's also made up of two smaller triangles.
Allowing this light into the well of dreams that begins to radiate a stronger white gold magenta light.
Just allowing the chakra to be opened and connected in this way.
Expanding your ability to dream.
Create your reality.
Access your multi-dimensional gifts.
Also it assists you in making a more elegant communication with higher self,
Spirit guides,
Ascended beings and so on.
Allowing this triangular force in the head to form and strengthen.
And I call on Raphael and Metatron to begin to connect the triangle in the head.
Crown,
Third eye,
Throat also connected to well of dreams.
Connecting that triangle of force down to the higher heart.
Helping you ground this new 5D energy into your everyday reality.

And down into the crystalline grid of the earth.
