The in-breath is the invitation of light from the universe around you into the physical body,

Stagnant energy in the physical body on the out-breath,

To the west is Gabriel archangel of water,
Archangel of the emotions.

And the energy is diamond white fire.

Calling that fire into your space to hold your space.
To the north is archangel Uriel archangel of earth.
The symbol of this archangel is a golden pentacle.

Beginning with Metatron from the great central sun of Sirius.
To call down the Christ grid,
A field of flowing white gold light.
Down through the stargate of our sun.
Down into this dimension of the earth plane.
Down into the space around you,
The walls around you,
The floor beneath your feet,
The ceiling above your head.
Door and windows closing off the space in white gold light.
And allow that grid to anchor into the heart.

Call up that crystalline white ethereal light up to the feet.

Flowing up through the legs.
Feeling the force of gravity pulling your energy field down,

And up to the heart,

And then I call on the angels holding ultra red light to place a sphere of ultra red light in your heart.
