And focusing on the breath,
The eternal cycle of breath,
Allowing the breath to bring you to a still point,
Allowing the mind to quieten,
Becoming more aware of the present moment.
On the in-breath,
Invite a new light into your body,
Light from the universe around you,
Stars and suns into the body of bone and blood.
And anywhere you are holding dense energies,
On the out-breath,
Purge and release,
Sending it back to the universe,
Back to the light.
Light,
Allowing space for your own soul's light in the physical body,
Following that cycle of breath,
The invitation of light in the emotional body on the in-breath.
And the out-breath is the purging and releasing of energies that do not belong to you,
Do not serve you,
That are stagnant or crystallized,
Sending them out of your field.
Allowing more space for your own soul's light in the emotional body.
And the in-breath,
Light into the lower mental body,
And anywhere you are holding mental energy that does not serve you,
That depresses your field,
Does not belong to you,
On the out-breath send it back to the light,
Back to the universe.
Allowing more space for your own soul's light in the lower mental body,
Following that cycle of breath,
As I call your teams in spirit of the highest light and resonance.
Your oversoul,
Your higher selves from the 6th dimension to the 12th dimension,
All guides working with you,
All angels and archangels working with you,
All star beings and star races working with you,
All specialist teams in spirit working with you,

Let's also invite your deep ancestors,

To the west is Gabriel,
Archangel of water,
Symbol of silver chalice,

Inviting that fire,
That angelic fire into the space at this time of Imbolc to hold the space.
To the north is Uriel,
Archangel of earth,
The symbol of golden pentacle,
The energy,
Ruby red fire,
Inviting that fire at this time of Imbolc to hold the space.

Let's also call to Metatron from the great central sun of Sirius to bring down the Christ grid,
A fluid field of flowing white gold light,
Bringing it down to the stargate of our sun,
Down into the earth plane,

If you're in nature then a bubble of light around you of white gold light protecting you and holding you in the Christ light.
To the earth below,
Sandaphon of the crystalline grid of the earth to bring up that light,

Who embodies the maiden aspect of the triple goddess.
She is a symbol of youthful potential,

Known as a goddess of healing,
Of fire,
Of creativity and illumination.
So feeling the archangels,
Feeling the angels of spring and the energy of the goddess holding you.
In this space,
Take a moment to pause,
To reflect,
To consider the world around you is changing and you are changing with it.
Take a moment to reflect,
Reflect for a moment on the gifts of winter,
Time of stillness where the land is fallow.
Take a moment to reflect on the coming energies of spring,
The return of the light,
The return of sprouting seeds that turn into green plants,
Bright flowers.

However you perceive this energy of winter within you.
Just imagine you can invite now the energies of spring to touch you,
To touch that energy of winter within you.
Also imagine inviting the emerging light and fire of the goddess Bridget,
Who represents the coming spring,
The energies of spring.
Call the goddess into your inner space to touch you.
Perhaps she appears in her human form,
Perhaps as a bright being of light.
If in human form she often appears as a young beautiful maiden with fiery red hair,
Wearing a cloak of sunlight,
Sometimes she appears with a fiery light around her head.
Allowing the angels of spring and the light of the goddess to begin to melt the energy of winter within you and send it on its way,
Allowing the space for a new light to emerge within you,
Allowing the space for a new energy to emerge in the earth itself.
Bridget is the goddess of fire.
Into your inner space,
This inner space you are connecting with now,
Invite the energy of the goddess as fire.
Perhaps as a large fire,
A bonfire,
Perhaps as many lit candles within your being.
Allow this fire to grow brighter within you and around you.
Into this fire you can surrender anything you wish to release from the year gone by.
Just purging and releasing in bulk is a time of purification,
A time to release the old,
Allowing space for the new.
Allowing this bright light,
This bright fire to burn brightly within you and then to gently recede.
And into this new space I invite you to create an altar in your being,
An altar to the goddess,
An altar to the emerging spring.
Perhaps allow this altar to be decorated beautifully,
Perhaps with lit lanterns,
Lit candles,
Perhaps with newly cut flowers,
Snowdrops,
Crocuses,
Symbolizing the hope and promise of new beginnings.
You can perhaps allow an image of the Celtic goddess herself to appear on the altar.
Allow the power of this altar within you to welcome the energy of the goddess,
Allowing the goddess to shine a ray of hope within your being.
The hope of the year ahead.
The hope of renewal.
The hope of something new,
New friends,
New laughter,
New beginnings.
The hope of a bountiful harvest in the year ahead.
A harvest of ideas,

A harvest of abundance in all of its many and blessed forms.

Perhaps many of your blessed ancestors.
Just allow the table to emerge,

Someone offers you a chalice filled with a refreshing drink.

May you never thirst.
Someone offers you a plate of food.

May you never hunger.
Allow the energy of celebration to emerge within you,
Whatever form that wishes to take.
Into this space,
I welcome the expression of the goddess as fiery creativity.
Perhaps musicians,
Perhaps the recital of poetry,
Perhaps a druid,
Carpenter,
Or a poet.
Someone comes and speaks.
Just allow the goddess to open new avenues and creative channels of expression within you and breathing and opening.
Just as the earth is beginning to burst forth with creativity,
With countless thousands of seeds sprouting in the earth all around you,
So too there are many new seeds of light that wish to begin to sprout within you.
These seeds will take shape and form in the year ahead,
Allowing them to take whatever shape and form they're destined to take in your reality.
And finally,
The goddess offers you a gift.
She offers you a symbol known as Bridget's Cross.
A symbol woven from a material resembling rushes,
Straw,
Or reeds.
This symbol has four arms,
Representing protection and the blessings of the goddess.
Just accept this gift,
Feeling the emerging light of spring around you,
The energy of winter receding.
Time of stillness is over.
The light of the sun is increasing in power.
Just breathing and opening and allowing this landscape within you of celebration,
Of hope,
Of new beginnings.
And just thanking the angels of spring for holding the space with you.
