
Embracing Grief Practice

In this practice, we connect with grief and embrace it as energy. We allow whatever feelings are there to arise whether sorrow, guilt, anger or love. Actually, some of these feelings belong to others. In this meditation, we surrender all energies that do not belong to us back to the Crystalline Grid of the Earth. Do this meditation as often as you need to and know that you can always return to this space whenever you want to feel at peace.

Welcome to this embracing your grief meditation.
And as always open body open mind.
And breathe.
And with your in breath connecting to natural rhythm of the universe.
On the in breath breathing in light into the body.
Every cell of the body.
Light.
From the stars the sun the earth and the out breath releasing anything that doesn't belong to you back to the universe.
Anything of a lower nature that can be released on the out breath releasing back to the light.
And just following that cycle of breath allowing more light into the body.
On the out breath just releasing anything that's not yours back to the universe.
And let's call your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance your higher self monadic self your over soul.
Help as guides angels archangels or counsel star councils galactic council be with you now.
And also calling the archangels of the horizontal plane beginning in the east with Rafael Archangel of air.
Healer angel.
Symbol is the caduceus a crystal wand with two entwined serpents and where they meet two golden wings.
As you focus on the symbol you call to yourself the energy of this angel which is emerald green fire.
Open and allow the energy to hold and support you in this journey.
And breathe and open.
Breathe and open.
And to the south archangel Michael warrior protector angel.
The symbol a great sword of light.
And the energy electric blue fire.
As you focus on the symbol invoking that fire into your field.
All layers levels dimensions.
Allowing you to feel supported and held on the journey.
Breathe and open and to the west is Gabriel Archangel of water messenger angel.
Symbol is the silver chalice and the energy is diamond white fire.
Invoking that fire into your field to hold and support you on the journey.
Open and breathe.
To the north archangel Uriel archangel of the earth.
The symbol a golden pentacle.
And the energy ruby red fire.
Allowing that energy to hold you and support you on the journey.
And breathe and open for angels for energies.
And calling the vertical force angels Metatron and Sandathon.
Metatron holding the Christ grid from the central sun bringing that energy down into the room.
Bringing that energy through your body through the head throat the chest.
Anchoring that energy into the heart.
Allow your body and all chakras from the heart upwards to be held by the light of the Christ grid.
And breathe and open.
And calling Sandathon from the earth below to bring up the crystalline grid up into the space around you.
And up into the body through the legs.
Lower torso.
Belly up to the heart anchoring in the heart.
Allow all chakras from the heart down to be immersed in the light of the earth.
And feel the balancing force of all these angels and all these energies.
In the horizontal plane and vertical plane meeting in the heart.
Six energies meeting in the heart and open the heart.
Allow the heart to open.
And as you do so call to mind the person or situation that evokes grief.
Call to mind the person or situation that evokes grief.
And just notice how your energy field shifts as you bring to mind this person or situation.
And as you bring to mind this person or situation you may wish your experience with this person or situation was something other than it is.
Where there has been loss you may wish something to return to how it once was.
Yet everything is impermanent.
Everything in this world is subject to the cycles of change.
There is birth,
Death and rebirth.
After spring and summer will always come autumn and winter.
And just breathe and notice anywhere you wish to fight or negate this reality.
You yourself are mortal,
Impermanent,
Your form will not last forever.
Your life circumstances are impermanent,
They change with the cycles of time.
Just breathing and opening.
Even though we are subject to the natural cycles of change,
Grief is a natural response when the change may seem sudden,
Shocking or overwhelming.
As you bring this person or situation to mind,
Notice what's happening in your feeling body,
In your physical body and emotional body.
Where is the pain?
Where is the pain?
With your breath,
Feeling your connection to the universe,
Sit with this pain and breathe with it,
Inviting it in.
As you do so,
Let whatever feelings are there to arise.
Whether sorrow,
Guilt,
Anger,
Love or any other feelings.
Make space for whatever wants to be felt.
Make space for whatever wants to be felt.
And as you do this,
Is there anything you need to say to this person?
Is there anything that needs to be forgiven?
Is there anything that still needs to be said?
Is there anything that still needs to be forgiven?
Are there any energies that need to be released from your body?
And breathing and opening and softening.
And connect with the feeling body,
Connect with the grief.
Where is the pain in the body?
What does it feel like?
Is it fluid and moving or is it stuck in one place or more than one place?
Sit with your feelings and embrace them.
Breathing softly and compassionately.
Let whatever feelings are there arise,
Whether sorrow,
Guilt,
Anger,
Love or whatever else.
Know that some of these feelings may not belong to you.
You may have picked up other people's energies in regards to this person or situation.
Surrender all energies which are not yours back to the universe into the grid of the Earth or the grid of the Sun.
Just release anything that's not yours with your breath.
Allowing more of your own light to return to you.
And surrender this person to the higher self or this situation to the energy of grace.
Surrender what you cannot control.
And breathe and open.
Embracing all of your feelings,
Let them arise and move however they want to move,
Make space for whatever wants to be felt.
Be aware that grief can arise in layers or waves.
It may not all dissolve in one sitting.
Just sit quietly with your breath.
Just allowing what can be released and allowing more of your own light to return to you.
Inviting the energy of peace into your mental and emotional bodies.
And you can do this meditation as often as you need to.
And let's thank all beings holding the space,
All angels of all the directions.

That was very powerful. I was surprised at how much releasing I had and embracing as well. Especially since I am not very familiar with or understanding much in regards to the arc angels. But the guided words you spoke were helpful as the meditation continued, helping me connect with my emotions and the love I feel for the son Iโve lost. Thank you
