You Open body open mind And imagine you could breathe in light from the universe around you Breathe in light into every cell of your body in the in-breath On the out-breath release any energy in your energy field physical body aetheric body that needs to be released Anything you've picked up on the journey coming here on the underground or bus train Other people's energy traveling in on the out-breath let go on the in-breath breathe in light Imagine you can do this light into every cell of the body On the out-breath release energy from other people from people you don't know From people you do not release you do not know how do not need to know how to do this Just give permission to release on the out-breath On the in-breath breathe in light from the universe around Breathe in light into the heart that opens the opens heart center that opens Breathe in light and then send the light down down through the body down through the pelvic area down through the legs down through the ankles and feet down into the earth down down Down through earth mud water rock crystal fire Down to the core of the earth down through the core of the earth to the crystalline fire in the core of the earth And then breathe that light up Like drawing water from a well bring the light up through the fire through the crystal rock earth mud Building up into your feet ankles legs base chakra that opens opens a kind of ruby fiery red opens Imagine this light can enter this chakra start to adjust the energy vortex there all the layers all the layers of the base chakra opening spinning correcting aligning the base chakra with earth fire from the core of the earth And then allowing this energy to move up into the sacral that opens a kind of tangerine orange opens the sacral area just around the belly button Allow this earth fire to immerse itself in this energy vortex correcting aligning opening expanding healing clearing clearing And then the energy passes up to the solar plexus that opens a kind of buttercup yellow buttercup yellow opens This earth fire immerses itself in this vortex clearing aligning adjusting opening expanding as necessary Feel this energy drawing up through the body to the heart this earth fire immersing in this vortex clearing opening expanding aligning the heart with the heart of the earth your heart with the heart of the earth And imagine you can call your higher self to your higher self higher self a great light around you and as you do so breathe in light from the universe around you breathe in light to the body And then send this light upwards up into space up through the atmosphere up towards the core of the sun up like branches of a tree up to the core of the sun Feel your energy field connect with the stargate to the core of the sun Take your time just connecting through space into the sun And when you're ready and able begin to breathe down light on the in-breath down through space down to the ion sphere down to the crown chakra top of the head that opens opens a kind of amethyst violet opens And fill this downpouring of light into the crown chakra a golden light from the sun opens cleanses clears aligns adjusts expands opens Feel this light descending now to third eye in the center of the head A vortex opens a kind of indigo blue energy field opens center of the head this light begins to pour into it adjusting clearing opening expanding aligning And then down into the throat chakra kind of turquoise sky blue that opens that opens vortex energy field opens The light from the sun pours into this chakra that opens clears expands aligns adjusts And then finally down into the heart the heart that opens this golden fire from the sun Opens clears expands and joins with this earth energy the ascending force of earth descending force of sun unites in the heart and expands the heart chakra opens it expanding the heart until there's a kind of field of energy all the way around you Field of heart energy all the way around you this heart energy expands touching other people's energy fields and filling the room with heart energy with heart energy And in this field and in this field make your intention for this day in this field make your intention for this day In this field make your intention for this day and feel your connection to heaven and earth and the inner channel opens and ask your higher self to adjust your energy field now adjust it open it opening the central channel Connecting you more powerfully to the earth more powerfully to the stargate and the sun so your energy field is aligned And ask your higher self to align all your energy fields now with the physical body aligning with the physical body the etheric body the emotional astral body The lower and upper mental bodies and all the layers of your spiritual bodies aligned with the physical body so you're grounded here in the earth in this reality And breathe and breathe And with your breath connect more fully to your physical body your bones your blood your organs your physical vehicle and allow the rhythm of your breath to bring you back aligned with the physical body back breath back into the room back into your body here now fully here now And with your breath connect more fully to your physical body your bones your blood your organs your physical vehicle and allow the rhythm of your breath to bring you back
