So just looking into the mirror,
Noticing how your astral body appears.
Is it vibrant and moving?
Or stagnant with darker areas and spots?

Ultraviolet fire.
To initiate a waterfall of violet,
Ultraviolet fire down through your energy fields.
Clearing what can be cleared.
Releasing what can be released.
Just breathing and opening.
I call on your higher self,

To bring down golden cords from the crystalline core of the sun into the heart of your astral body.
To begin to focus,
First of all,
A pale pink gold light into your astral body.
Allowing that light to begin rippling out throughout the astral body.
Then the light changes to a peach gold,
Channelled from the core of the sun.
Clearing any muted or stagnant energies.
Returning a certain fluidity in your astral body.
