Welcome to this 5D Ascension exercise,
Forgiveness and Release.
And this exercise has been adapted and extended from the Hawaiian Hoʻoponopono prayer.
And that name Hoʻoponopono means setting things right in the Hawaiian language.
And traditionally,
There are four steps to that prayer of forgiveness,
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank you,
I love you.
And this process has more steps to it.
Actually,
I first released this exercise on YouTube Live called Healing Your Relationships,
But this exercise has a couple more adjustments to it.
Use this exercise with someone you have a challenge with,
But not a deep longstanding grievance or trauma.
Someone you know and have a challenge with,
Perhaps a family member,
Ex-lover.
Do each of the steps slowly and with feeling.
This exercise can be repeated as and when necessary.
So begin by focusing on the breath,
Coming to the present moment,
Center in your heart.
Think about the person in question that you wish to do this forgiveness and release process with.
Imagine the person is in front of you.
Imagine also you're calling their higher self to be with them.
Inviting light between you.
The first step,
Focusing on the connection between you,
The statement,
I am sorry.
Perhaps I'm sorry we went through this experience,
Perhaps I'm sorry we did not handle it better.
Just focusing on the connection between you just focusing on the relationship,
The connection.
Whatever you feel sorry for about that connection,
Just communicate mentally this other person in front of you being witnessed by their higher self.
Do this until it feels complete.
The next stage is,
I am sorry,
Addressing yourself.
I am sorry I went through this experience.
I'm sorry perhaps I did not handle it better.
Whatever you wanna say to your own self,
Your own heart,
Your own body consciousness.
I am sorry,
Addressing yourself.
I am sorry,
Addressing yourself.
Do this until it feels complete.
The next statement is,
I forgive myself.
Perhaps I forgive myself for getting angry or for shouting.
Perhaps I forgive myself for not being a better person in this situation.
Perhaps I forgive myself for not being a better person.
Continue this process until no more comes.
When complete,
The next statement is,
I forgive you.
Whatever comes to mind,
I forgive you for being angry,
For shouting,
For rejecting me,
Abandoning me,
Continue this process until no more comes.
When complete,
The next statement is for your inner child.
Addressing your own vulnerability,
Saying to your vulnerable self,
Your child self,
I love you.
I love you for your innocence.
I love you for your sensitivity.
I love you for connecting me to my own soul.
I love you for the beautiful being you are.
Continue this until no more comes.
When complete,
Addressing the person in front of you,
Beginning with thank you.
Whatever comes to mind,
Perhaps thanking you for the lesson,
For the soul growth,
For your connection,
Continue this until no more comes.
When complete,
The next statement is for your higher self.
Thank you,
Thanking your higher self,
Perhaps for their presence,
For their strength,
For their guidance,
For their openness.
Continue this until no more comes.
When complete,
Take a breath.
Invite more light between you and this person.
And then allow them to leave with thanks.
Allow them to leave with thanks.
Focusing on your breath.
Coming back to the present moment.
Shaking off and releasing any energies you need to release.
Releasing the person in front of you completely.
Just taking a moment to come back to your body,
Grounding.
Coming back fully to the present moment.
