So seat yourself in your usual posture.
Start with a big,
Deep belly breaths.
Let yourself be fully present here.
Feel your feet on the ground,
At contact and support of the building you're in.
And if you can sense it,
Mother earth beneath,
Nurturing each of us right now.
So the absolute is always present because it's unconditioned.
So in opening to the manifest,
It's starting by I'm feeling a sense of presence,
A sense of here-ness is the first quality.
And then there's a brightness developing.
Rather than developing,
It's being revealed.
So an extreme brightness is starting in my visual field.
Like a cross between white,
Fluffy clouds and the brilliance of the sun reflected in a mirror.
Some combination of those two.
So a bright,
Bright white.
And there is a certain fluffy quality to the whiteness,
Much like clouds.
The brightness is becoming more apparent,
Opening,
Spreading.
I can feel a resonance in my heart area.
My heart seems to be picking up on the love quality in the manifest,
The pure love.
And this is a love that doesn't distinguish or exclude.
It loves everything equally without condition.
Each of us is fully loved just as we are.
So the bright white fluffiness,
The pure love,
That very clear here-ness of presence.
And there's also pure awareness here.
And that's non-conceptual awareness.
So awareness without the ability to reflect on the direct knowing.
We just know.
We know by contact.
We don't know by reflection or comparison.
But the pure love really is the main feature in this moment.
All accepting,
All inclusive.
And it feels mostly that this white,
Bright,
Fluffy,
Pure love and presence is mostly being experienced in the head center in the group here.
So using your breath on the inhale,
Invite the white,
Fluffy,
Pure love to move into the heart area.
So it'd be in both the head and the heart area.
Again,
You do this by the inhale.
You're directing,
Inviting.
You're not doing anything.
You're just using breath as a physical pointer for the manifest.
And you may feel the white,
Fluffy,
Pure love moving into the heart area.
So it's both in the head area and the heart area.
Just letting that white,
Fluffy,
Pure love presence be right here,
Right now in your head and in your heart.
Everything this love touches turns to love.
So any part of us that's different or feels different from this love becomes love in the contact.
And there's more silence present,
More quiet.
Stillness is here too.
And peacefulness also seems to be here.
So notice if you sense peace.
And this is a deep peace.
It's not a peace that's in comparison to anything.
It's the original source of peace.
So whatever love and peace touch become love and peace.
Can feel my thoughts are quieting due to contact with peace.
There's more inner silence.
And contentedness comes with peacefulness too.
Everything is just right,
Just as it is.
Using our inhale once again,
Let's invite this love presence and peace to also move into our belly area.
Again,
On the inhale,
You're just directing,
Inviting very delicately.
Inviting the absolute to inhabit the belly center too,
Along with the heart and the head area.
And you can include all your limbs in that too,
If you wish.
Letting your body be fully inhabited by the absolute.
And feeling compassion begin to differentiate a little bit here.
There just seems to be a tenderness arising,
A caring,
A willingness to meet suffering,
Dukkha.
Not to fix,
Not to figure out,
Just to be with.
Because when we can be with suffering,
Then the compassion and the suffering can communicate and inform and find resolution.
The caring is getting stronger.
The love for all beings,
For all being.
It's not a soft tenderness either.
It's like tenderness with a kind of support in it.
Doesn't feel weak,
But it feels very capable.
Relax any place you can relax.
Let go and surrender to the love.
You may feel a tender caring in your heart area.
It's not directed any place in particular,
Just a tender caring for all.
Let your awareness go deeper into the absolute,
Deeper into the love,
Deeper into the presence,
Deeper into the peace.
It just means opening,
Letting go,
And being.
Let yourself go deeper into the meditation.
One of the ways is to use the breath.
Some people can use both the inhale and exhale,
And some one works better for opening and surrendering and letting awareness go deeper into the absolute.
Just staying where you are,
Abiding in this place.
I'm going to just introduce the world so that we can hold,
Make contact with the world from this place of peace and love and compassion.
So we'll start first by including the people in the continent of Africa.
You don't need to picture it,
Just include all the people,
All the beings.
All the beings in Africa,
In the space we have,
We share.
And moving to Asia,
Welcoming,
Including all sentient beings.
We'll move to South America,
Central America,
North America,
And then including all of Europe,
Just welcoming all these sentient beings into the space of peace and love and tender compassion.
And finally,
The remaining continents.
So the whole planet is included,
And all beings on the planet are included.
