Good morning.

Come to a comfortable seated position and balance the weight in your hips from side to side,

Front to back.

Bring roots down into the earth and begin to feel grounded.

Allow your spine to grow tall and create more space between each vertebrae as you reach the crown of your head upward.

Begin to invite some gentle movement into your body by rolling your shoulders backwards a few times.

Then return back to neutral and take a deep breath in and a full breath out.

Continue breathing through your nose or mouth,

Whatever feels most easeful for you.

Then allow your left hand to rest down beside your left hip and reach your right fingertips up and overhead,

Stretching your right side body as you extend your right fingertips up and over to the left.

Breathe into your right ribs as they expand.

Stay here for as long as you'd like,

Breathing,

Opening.

Then when you're ready,

Switch sides by relaxing your right hand down beside your right hip and then reach your left fingertips up and over to the right.

Creating that same crescent moon shape as you stretch the left side of your body.

Breathe in and out and create more space for new breath.

Then return both hands to a comfortable resting position,

Maybe on your knees or in your lap.

Tilt your head so that you bring one ear to one shoulder and then explore some half circles as you bring your chin down to your chest and your other ear to your other shoulder.

Moving back and forth slowly and gently.

Continue mobilizing your neck as you breathe in and out,

Allowing your body to gently wake up.

Bring your head back to a neutral position.

Now inhale to lift your chest and your heart so that you invite a gentle bend in the upper part of your back and stretch across your chest.

On your exhale,

Round your upper back,

Round your shoulders and stretch across your back body.

You can even rock back on your hips towards your tailbone for this.

Then as you inhale,

Sit tall,

Long spine,

Lift your heart,

Bend into the upper back and feel a new rush of energy flow through your body.

Exhale to round your back,

Feel safe,

Secure and protected.

And then inhale to lift your chest,

Sit tall and feel energized,

Brave and alive.

Continue this flow of breath and movement as your body and mind release the adventures of your dreams and prepare for this new day.

Inhaling and exhaling.

And then return back to neutral and make any movements or adjustments that are calling to you.

Maybe relaxing your shoulders back and down,

Softening your jaw,

Closing down your eyes and then resting into stillness.

Bring your attention to your breath as you let it flow in and out with ease.

And allow your thoughts to do the same.

Allow them to flow in and just as easily allow them to flow out.

You are completely neutral as you observe your breath and your thoughts without judgment and without any effort or action from you.

Begin to feel more grounded and connected to this earth and your body.

With each exhale,

Release any images,

Thoughts or feelings that you may recall from your dreams.

Trust that you have received any lessons or medicine that you needed to receive without any effort from your waking mind.

Just sit,

Breathe and let it all absorb and integrate.

With each inhale,

Take in new fresh energy from the rising sun,

From the earth and from your connection to the infinite source that manifested you.

Inhale.

Exhale.

You are full of love and creativity.

You are full of infinite possibilities.

And you are a vessel and a channel for magic to work through.

Let yourself be open.

Take this time before you dress your body with clothing and move out into the world to set a protective boundary of white light around you.

Feel safe and protected by this light of which you are the source.

And feel that only pure love may enter.

You may also wish to take this time to set an intention for your day.

Maybe one of gratitude or presence or patience or love and compassion for yourself and others.

Breathe and feel this intention in your bones,

Even if you do not have words for it.

I invite you to stay here and breathe for as long as you would like and as long as you feel you need.

When you are ready to move forward into this day,

Do so slowly,

Mindfully and gently.

Know that you are so loved and that you are doing real good.

God Bless.

You

This is consistently one of the first tracks I play every morning as I wake up and need to gently engage my mobility while waking my mind up. This targets my most problematic areas beautifully and helps my mind and body grow more alert to determine what other practices need to be added to supplement this one each morning. Thank you for continuing to make this track available. I see you and the light within you. Be well. 🤲🏻❤🤲🏻

A straightforward guided meditation. Very easy for first thing in the morning. My 3rd morning of practicing this now & am enjoying it immensely. Ive noticed ive felt better after a few days of doing this meditation. Definitely going to persist with this & the exercises have helped the tension in my neck & spine & shoulders 🙏🦋👌

That was so nice. I take medicines for sleep so waking up isn't easy. Using this really helped ease me into the state of being awake - body, mind and soul - from the grogginess of medicine induced sleep. Feeling so peaceful and positive. Mind feels fresh too. Loved it! Thank you 🙏❤
