This meditation was given as part of the Atlanta Mindfulness Institute's community meditation group. The practice begins by inviting you to ground in loving awareness of your own body and heart. Next, phrases of compassion are offered to a variety of groups of people working and living in this time of the coronavirus pandemic. There will be periods of silence to allow you to work with the felt sense of offering the compassion phrases yourself. May we all be free of suffering and know peace.
