There is no need to choose sides, we can develop wisdom to hold all sides without polarizing. “I am going to hold my set of beliefs and opinions. you are going to hold your set of beliefs and opinions. I am going to hold enough space for both of our opinions.” Learn how to stay with our triggers and use them as a catalyse for transformation.

Hey,
Welcome.
We are going to begin our meditation.
Thank you for joining.
It's nice to see you.
Nice to meet each day like this.
What an incredible journey.
If you've been here since,
Well,
However long you've been here,
I hope that you're feeling a difference.
How powerful it is to step inside of yourself.
How powerful it is to learn what it means to own and take responsibility for your triggers,
For those areas that you're getting activated.
Hello mother.
That's nice to see my mom on.
So everybody,
So nice to see you.
So many things.
Number one,
I have been noticing that there has been a lot of attention and energy that are going into the polarities right now.
Even in my friends,
There have been arguments about,
I believe this and I believe that and this is right and this is wrong.
And it really is an incredible practice for us.
And maybe you're one of those people.
And staying neutral in face of the polarities is the practice right now.
And it has nothing to do with disassociating or going into this la la state of fairies and unicorns.
It means that I hold my opinions and you hold your opinions and I have enough space within me that I can hold both of them without us getting into a battle or an argument.
And this begins within ourselves.
So we can use the,
You know,
There,
My beloved teacher,
Dabur Mate,
Would always say that when you get triggered and activated,
And there's so much of that right now,
And I have moments when I get incredibly activated,
But now I,
With this practice,
It's like spiritual food.
You use it to catalyze within yourself and to alchemize.
It's like taking responsibility for what has been activated and triggered because as much as we think it's the other person with their opinion about vaccinations or masks or presidents or political parties,
It really doesn't have to do with that,
The present moment situation at all.
And the mind wants to think it does so people are living in this mind frequency,
This matrix of the mind,
And have completely disconnected from what's going on inside of their bodies.
So it's like this massive argument and we can shift that.
So this is what we,
I mean,
We can shift it.
You can shift it for yourself and then around you,
It's like becoming this antenna and learning how to let these experiences be acknowledged,
Be felt,
And to pass through you without the entire reactivity and I'm so upset about this and this and I can't believe that.
That's all,
It's all a virus of the mind.
So our practice of practicing non-reactivity and neutrality is about finding balance within yourself.
And inevitably each day we have moments when we are feeling challenged,
Something has come up against us.
We are really feeling that resistance because the resistance is how we're going to feel it,
Like a wall of resistance and this is,
It's in that moment and we're going to work today with the resistance.
We have such a resistance to being uncomfortable and to staying with those moments when we are activated and triggered.
So let's practice this today as we do each day and let us understand that it is precisely by leaning into our own areas of blocking,
Blockages and resistance that we grow and we transform and with that energy of stepping into the heart that we may then step up in service and really do,
Really make changes in the world and in our communities that are going towards this incredible shift in consciousness towards goodness and open-heartedness and surrender and presence.
So this is where this work is so powerful that you're doing.
And this is what it means to feel empowered as opposed to feeling like a victim of the circumstances.
It's like,
Whoa,
It's a whole different outlook when you look at it that way of this is an amazing time in history and we're here now and you're here for a specific purpose but to discover that first you have to let it work through you,
These really powerful emotions that are getting triggered.
So here we go.
Close your eyes please if you haven't already.
Finding your own channel so that you can align to the truth that lies within you,
The truth of your open heart.
And as each day finding your breath is really that tether,
The line that will keep you anchored in the present moment.
So let's breathe together.
Inhaling through your nose as you lengthen your spine,
Inhaling all the way to the top of your head and then suspend your breath.
And exhale out your mouth with a sigh.
Exhale,
Exhale,
Exhale all the air out.
Squeezing the air out of your abdomen.
Really squeezing every last bit of air out and then hold the air out.
Feel your body grounding,
Anchoring and rooting into the soil beneath you.
And then take a deep breath in through your nose as you widen your shoulders and lengthen your spine a little bit more all the way to the top of your head.
Suspend your breath.
Tuning in,
Feeling the stillness in your spine.
And exhale,
Exhaling,
Exhaling,
Exhaling all the air out and then hold the air out.
Breathing in that space between the breaths,
Coming into your body.
And then when you're ready,
Breathing in again,
Taking in some more air.
And exhale,
Exhaling,
Releasing the back of your throat,
Letting anxiety and stress drain from the bottom part of your body.
Exhaling all the air out,
Letting gravity weight your body down a little bit more.
Coming into stillness.
And then as you're ready,
Closing your mouth and breathing in and out of your nose.
Turning your attention towards the qualities of your own breath.
Rough or smooth.
A deep or a shallow breath.
A longer or a shorter breath.
Whatever it is,
Not trying to control it.
Just letting your breath breathe you.
And this will allow for your mind to settle down.
So wrapping the four corners of your mind and bringing it down into your tailbone.
Anchoring you into the ground beneath you.
Noticing roots.
Anchoring you into the ground,
Rooting you.
Feeling that connection to the soil,
To Mother Earth,
To Gaia.
Anchoring you and feeling a connection all the way down into the center of the earth.
Feeling as each of our roots grow and connect to one another,
How splendid it feels to be connected.
That we are not alone.
We are here to help one another,
To support each other.
And just thank the ground beneath you for giving you shelter,
Food,
All the beautiful plants and flowers,
Animals,
The water.
And then feel that stillness and stability come up through your spine,
Resonating in your body.
Calming down your nervous system.
Neutralizing your own nervous system simply by plugging in.
And if you find your mind wandering,
Knowing that that is,
Please understand that that is normal,
That happens very often sometimes,
Each day is different.
But each time you find yourself thinking or in thoughts,
I invite you to come back to focusing on your body,
On your breath,
And how the breath feels inside of your own body as you breathe.
So please be patient with yourself because it is a practice.
Staying in the body is a practice.
Calming out of the mind is the most powerful practice to embodying your truth.
So thoughts may come and they may go,
But I invite you to not attach to them.
Above you,
Opening up your crown and calling in the presence of your angels,
Archangels,
The guides,
Your teachers,
Your mentors.
They are there.
They are always present.
Believing and using your imagination to really envision them and feel them.
Calming in however you see the divine.
Give yourself permission to feel what it feels like to be seen and supported.
And as they look down upon us,
Just see how proud they are to see you giving yourself love by sitting in stillness.
Feeling that connection from the crown of your head into infinite space,
To the star families,
Galactic Federation of Light.
You refer to your family of light.
It is a presence that is felt.
It is not something that comes through the mind.
It is a presence that will filter and come through the portal of your heart.
So invite for your heart to open.
Set your intention.
May my heart open and soften for my highest good.
Repeating that to yourself three times.
And feeling your breath as it comes in and out of your heart.
Feeling in the presence of your ancestors behind you.
Remembering that you come from a specific lineage and you have a specific purpose that maybe you haven't discovered yet but you will.
And that blood of that lineage flows through your body with many lessons,
Wisdom,
Teachings.
May you tune into your inner teacher.
And in front of you remembering that you were here for,
That we are all here for our children and their children to evolve.
Going into the next seven generations to see the perspective,
To feel the perspective,
That suspension between the past and the future,
Infinite space in the center of the earth and then you.
So bringing your attention into your heart by putting your hands there on your belly,
On your heart,
Both onto your heart,
Tuning inwards,
Touching upon your internal resistance.
Where are you feeling challenged,
Blocked?
Breathing in as if you have ears in the center of your palm and listen in,
Listen in.
Enforming all of the parts of you,
Bowing your head and honoring what has been triggered lately within you,
Which emotions are present.
Our heart is the center of our emotional body.
It is the home of our spirit.
And by tuning into your emotions and giving yourself permission to feel anger,
Frustration,
To feel sadness,
Shame,
Guilt with this divine presence and this container that you created around you,
Holding your own pain.
Those internal words of judgment towards yourself,
May you hear those right now and tend to them with your attention.
And let's take three deep purging breaths here.
Inhaling deeply into the center of your heart,
Acknowledging areas of pain and resistance.
Exhaling releasing,
Feeling tightness dissolve,
Exhaling all the air out,
Letting it drain from your body.
Holding yourself with compassion.
Exhaling deeply again,
Accepting and honoring these emotions,
Allowing them to move through you.
Exhaling,
Exhaling,
Exhaling,
Moving through,
Feeling your heart softening,
Releasing tears if they come,
Shaking,
Aching,
Let your body release.
Notice the stillness now in your heart,
Holding the air out and lingering in that connection to your authentic self.
And then breathe in again.
Suspend your breath and exhale with a sigh,
Exhale,
Exhale,
Exhale,
Releasing,
Really letting go.
You have the power to do this.
You have the capacity to heal yourself.
Feeling all the air out and now wrapping this enormous blanket of acceptance and compassion toward yourself around you.
You might want to bring to your mind's eye an image of you as a child or you now.
Whatever resonates with you,
Just turning towards yourself with kindness and gentleness.
We are so fragile.
We want to feel loved.
We want to give love.
So notice those voices within you of the resistance,
Of the pain and acknowledge them.
Bring into them with an open heart and then bring them into your arms and hold them as they just want to be heard so that they can transform into your deepest understanding and truth.
And when you hear others and you feel activated,
Inviting you to listen to them and understand where they are coming from,
That they also have voices of pain,
Unworthiness.
And if you can just feel compassion.
And this goes for all of our relationships where we feel resistance.
If we could learn to listen instead of reacting,
We can.
And this begins with your own work.
So this is what we're doing together to conclude our practice.
Just repeating to yourself these words,
I am worthy of joy.
I am worthy of happiness.
I am connected to my heart and I let go of the fearful mind,
The judgmental mind,
The conditioned mind so that I can grow and trust in this natural process of what is happening.
It's mega.
This is massive what we're going through.
This is massive.
But we can do this by staying in the body,
Staying present,
Noticing when we get activated and are in this state of overwhelm and to stay with it.
Finding the breath,
Breathing through it,
Opening like these antennas,
Alchemizing,
Transmuting.
And this is a daily practice.
So it's for you to bring into your day,
Becoming aware of the words and the actions and the thoughts that go through you.
So I thank you and I honor you.
Really it's such a blessing.
Thank your guides,
Your ancestors,
Your children.
Bring them into your heart.
Stay grounded today.
Stay in your heart.
Just notice when you go off,
Bring yourself back.
It's just a training.
It's like putting on the training wheels.
If you have never done this and then you begin,
It's really like a massive dance of,
Oh my God,
I'm in my doubt again.
I'm in the worries.
I'm in the judgment.
That's okay.
Be gentle.
Bring yourself back.
It's like training a dog,
Training a puppy.
Come on,
Bring yourself back.
You're good.

See the beauty,
See all the positive things that are going and happening.
Please don't listen to the mainstream media.
Please,
It's like self-annihilation.
Get out of that paradigm.

Educate yourself with wise beings and stay away from mass media.
It's all a control.
It's all about controlling you.
When your mind is in fear,
You are controllable,
Manipulate,
You can be manipulated and lied to.
So you're perfect.
It's a perfect place right now for people to control.
But no,
You step out of that.
No thank you.
I'm not going to,
I'm not going to be in that paradigm.
I see it now.
You see it.
You can witness it.
No thank you.
Fear is not of the essence.
