
Becoming A New Human (Intro And Practice)
We are energetic beings in physical bodies, navigating a human existence. Our daily connection is our reminder that we have a choice on how we respond to the exterior world. To not get lost in the narratives but to stay grounded in your own presence. By exploring a deeper understanding of what it means to be human, you will discover deeper meaning on how to navigate the challenges we are facing. Shifting your frequency as you are growing and learning on the ways to find clarity and stability.

Hi there.
Welcome.
Welcome to this wonderful space that we are creating together for each other.
Today I am going to try to explain to the best of my ability the way that I am understanding what we are going through as a collective and what it means,
What it means for each of us,
What it means to be sovereign and how we are going through this new cycle.
It's a really important cycle.
There are many different ways that it's been referred to and it began in the 60s and the 70s,
Continuing in the 80s,
90s up until now.
But the planet is shifting and it's almost like you can imagine that we are on different channels and we've been on channel 3 and now we're shifting to channel 5.
So raising the frequency of the planet,
You all may have not realized it but we are energetic beings in a physical body.
There is something called the thought matrix.
So the mind,
For many years we have been living in our minds and the purpose of our practice of meditation is understanding that beyond the realm of the thinking mind we have this immense,
Incredible power within each of us which is when we inhabit our hearts,
Our open hearts but also understanding that this matrix of the mind is connected to everyone else.
So there's this collective humanity through the mind and that is where we are easily manipulated and controlled and for many years have been almost like living out of this space of the mind is living in the fear-based thinking or living in the self-limiting beliefs about ourselves.
So another way you could refer to it as living in the conditioned mind of fear.
And now,
So the energy of the planet has shifted and we are all getting,
Grasping to figure out what is all of this chaos,
How best can I find my own center,
My own truth and I'm also navigating this with you but I have had a practice now for more than 20 years so I understand that the empowerment process of becoming sovereign and becoming this awake human being,
I know deeply that it exists and that it is where we are going as a new human.
It's like you're an antenna and you're picking up on different frequencies and we all are and the frequency of fear is very prevalent now and unfortunately that's what our medias,
Our governments,
The systems that have been,
That are in place because maybe we allowed for them to be put in place.
So this is the opportunity for each of us to find that space between our thoughts and to connect to the immensity of what we have inside of us as a human being,
This essence,
Your own higher self,
The truth of who you are,
Your soul,
Much beyond the physical body.
This is just what we inhabit as we are here and you don't have to believe anything,
This is just my interpretation.
I'm just asking for each of you to question in your own life the patterns that you're perpetuating,
The behaviors,
The self-limiting beliefs that are keeping you from raising your consciousness and understanding that by first becoming aware of those aspects of yourself little by little,
Day by day,
Noticing the patterns of worry and doubt and judgment and understanding that many of those are what we pick up from others,
Or we read about so that your vibration that you are resonating with,
The people you're hanging out with,
The books you're reading,
The news you're reading,
The food you're eating,
What you're listening to,
And understanding that you have a choice in every moment of what you are doing for yourself.
If you are engaging in self-destructive behaviors like I did for the majority of my life,
Addictions,
Are you ready now to learn a new way?
Are you talking to people in a way that isn't aligned,
Judging,
Criticizing,
Or judging yourself?
Are you ready to become the master of your own life?
So let's begin our practice with this new awareness and turning your gaze inwards,
Feeling how those words resonated with you,
And then let's find our breath together.
So inhaling deeply through your nose,
Aligning to your breath,
Feeling the air come up your spine and then suspend your breath,
And exhale with a sigh,
Exhaling,
Exhaling,
Releasing the air,
Empty,
Not your belly,
Letting your body ground.
Feel that grounding.
Hold the air out,
And then breathe in again through your nose,
Lengthening your spine,
Taking in some more air,
And exhale,
Exhale with sound,
Really making some sound,
Releasing the back of your throat,
Exhaling all the air out,
And then holding the air out,
Noticing the stillness in your body,
And then one more time,
Breathing in,
Widening your chest,
Taking in some more air,
And exhale,
Exhaling,
Exhaling,
Exhaling,
And then closing your mouth and breathing in and out of your nose,
Noticing the qualities of your own breath right now,
Not trying to control your breathing,
Just giving yourself this permission to ground in the present moment by coming into your body.
Finding that space of stillness in your spine,
You might want to lean forward and back a little bit to the side,
Finding the point of stillness in your own spine,
Noticing when you're inhaling how your lungs and diaphragm fill up with air,
Taking in as much air as possible,
Pausing at the top of the inhale before gently following your exhale all the way out.
Exhaling out completely,
Pausing again at the bottom of your exhale until you're comfortable,
And then breathing again,
Setting your intention for your highest good,
Simply by saying,
Today I sit for my highest good and for the highest good of all of humanity.
I practice,
And let that resonate in your body,
And then take a moment to acknowledge the ground beneath you,
Beneath all of us,
Mother Nature,
This great planet with all of her beauty,
Nourishment,
Shelter,
Acknowledge all of those that have taken care of this land where you are seated upon,
The original custodians of this sacred land.
And then feel its stillness and stability come up through your spine,
Calming down your nervous system,
Plugging in,
And knowing that every day is different,
Some days the mind is busier than others,
But just do your best to notice as soon as you've gone into thinking,
Judging or questioning,
Bring yourself back to aligning to your breath,
And feeling the weight of your body as it sits upon the ground or the chair or the cushion,
And remembering that we are not alone,
So calling in the presence of your ancestors at your back.
So often with spirit we are afraid to ask,
So just try,
See their faces,
Ask for your grandparents and their parents,
Whoever wants to show up,
Just to feel their presence behind you,
Supporting you with their wisdom.
How does your body feel when it feels held and supported?
Repeating to yourself,
I am safe.
I am safe.
I am supported.
I feel held.
And remembering the next seven generations in front of us,
Remembering that we are each here specifically to serve humanity,
To evolve humanity,
Otherwise we wouldn't be here now.
It's such a potent time in history,
Very,
Very powerful,
And if you're here meditating in this group,
You've been really called to do this.
It's an honor to sit with each of you.
I see you.
And then above,
Just feel the presence of all of the realms,
The angelic realms,
The ascended masters,
The light beings,
Whoever has been a guide for you in your life,
A mentor,
The divine itself,
However you see that,
Just imagine above you the presence of all of the beings that are supporting us right now because there are many.
And if this is a new idea for you,
Just see a caregiver in your life who saw you,
Loved you,
Seeing them above you,
Looking down,
How proud they are that you're taking care of yourself.
And feel this column of light coming down through the top of your head into your spine and all the way down,
This crystal core connecting you to the center of the earth,
And all the way into infinite space,
Just feeling that connection going through your heart,
And putting a hand on your own heart,
Just tuning into how you are feeling right now,
Welcoming all of the parts of you.
Recognizing those areas in your life that you might be feeling stretched,
Where you're struggling internally,
Where those inner voices are saying you're not good enough,
Or worthy,
Maybe you feel alone,
And this is an opportunity for you to give space to those parts of you that need your attention.
And feeling the touch of your hands upon your own heart,
Acknowledging what emotions are present.
If there's some despair,
Can you allow space for it?
If there's some fear,
Can you acknowledge that it's there and it's okay?
It's okay to be scared?
If you're feeling depression,
Can you make space for the sadness?
Or if you're feeling really frustrated,
Can you give yourself the space to feel the anger?
And scanning and sensing your body,
Welcoming these emotions,
Tuning to them,
Putting your attention onto them,
And giving yourself the space to feel and experience them.
They don't have to stay hidden anymore.
And let's take three deep,
Purging breaths here,
Deeply breathing in to all of these parts of you that are asking for your attention,
Breathing in,
And exhale.
Exhale,
Releasing,
Feeling that energetic release down into the ground,
Letting your body shake,
Quiver,
Releasing,
Letting it drain,
And then breathing in,
Taking in some more air,
Covering yourself with a sense of acceptance and forgiveness.
Breathing and exhaling,
How does it feel to completely accept and forgive yourself?
And then one more time,
Breathing in,
And exhale,
Exhaling with sound,
Letting go of that which no longer serves you,
Letting go of anxiety,
Letting go of fear,
Holding yourself with compassion,
Turning towards yourself now.
You can put your hands back on your heart,
Or you can put your arms around you.
Letting you turn towards yourself with compassion.
You've made this connection now to your higher self.
Just envision yourself,
Wiser,
Older version,
Turning towards you now,
Feeling all of that support above you.
How does it feel to open your heart and receive the care that you need right now?
You can imagine holding a child version of you,
Seeing yourself as a kid,
And letting that part of you receive.
And breathing here.
Really feeling how you have that power to transform and alchemize pain,
Frustration,
Anxiety into this wisdom and newfound awareness.
Realizing your frequency,
Growing your antenna,
And really feeling this cleansing of your heart,
Feeling that liquid light in your spine expanding now out into each of your cells,
Lighting up a flame in each and every single one of your own cells,
Purifying,
Cleansing,
Sensing that going through your blood.
Watching ancient karma,
Blueprints in your DNA.
Realizing all of this support and blessings from around you.
Understanding that we are all here becoming a new human,
Raising our frequencies,
Bypassing the fearful mind so that we can inhabit our own heart.
Understanding that it's a process,
Moment by moment,
Just noticing as your days go on,
Just when there are encounters or you get triggered,
Just take a moment and step back and allow it to go through you without projecting outwards or blaming.
In other words,
No longer being a victim in any way.
It's about taking responsibility for who you are and the life that you have.
And if it isn't one that aligns to you,
Then take baby steps to step closer to that which you resonate with.
I'm speaking from my own life because I found myself in a very,
Very dark place.
And I know how challenging it is to wake up and to notice the patterns that are keeping you shackled to a past that is no longer you.
So it takes time to release and to step out into yourself.
And there are many days that we lose that connection and to just remind you that learning how to live through those days where you feel like you lost the connection,
It's really important to just keep on remembering this is part of the process of feeling like you're backtracking and just being patient,
Patient with yourself.
Because if you're on this path and you set your intention,
Then you'll notice throughout the day that you have a choice in every moment to choose towards the fear-based thinking or to choose love and truth.
And I know in the beginning it doesn't seem as clear as that,
But the slower,
The more you'll slow down and the more you'll begin to notice when you shift into the thinking mind that this is a moment to come back into my present self.
That's basically a dance like,
Okay,
Am I present now or am I in the story?
Am I listening to the fear or am I listening to my heart,
To what feels right,
To my intuition,
To my gut?
And the more you do that,
And it's never as clear as that in the beginning,
Trust me,
It's a practice,
But each day you'll get a little bit closer and it'll become a little bit swift,
Smoother and challenges will always arise.
It's not about making everything perfect.
I tried that.
It doesn't work.
It's about less and less time spent in the chaos.
It's kind of like,
Okay,
I have a choice right now and I'm going to choose to take care of my body,
Eat something better,
Not take that drink,
Not take that pill,
Go to nature,
Cry,
Play,
Get curious.
What is happening?
There's a reason behind everything that's happening.
Can you get curious about why something is occurring in your life instead of denying it and running from it?
