If sleep feels hard to come by, this Soul Rest Yoga Nidra is here to help. Especially supportive for women in midlife and perimenopause, this practice guides you toward restful sleep by gently settling your nervous system so you can let go of restlessness. You won't be disturbed by a bell or instructions at the end of this track; it just fades into silence, so all you need to do is lie down, listen, and allow sleep to come naturally.
