Let's begin by finding a comfortable way to be in the body,

Where the body feels wholly and completely supported by whatever is beneath it.

Let's begin to let our body settle,

Softening the grip that we have with our muscles,

Finding a way to let the joints hang,

Letting the bones grow heavy.

Can you notice in your own body that downward pull,

Gravity reminding you that as you let yourself go,

You are held?

All this exploration we do of the self we do in the safety of the earth's arms.

No matter what happens in our lives,

We know the earth will hold us.

I am safe on the earth.

When we welcome earth energy into our bodies,

We welcome in the safety of our home.

We welcome in the energetic connection to all living things,

All things that have lived.

We welcome in the strength the earth offers us,

Its solidness beneath our bodies.

I invite you to notice where in your body do you feel solid?

Where in your body do you feel safe?

Can we go to this place and breathe into it?

Breathing in expansion,

Allowing that feeling of safety to ripple out through the body,

Through the being.

If we're not there already,

Can we bring ourselves to the heart space?

Focusing on the heart space,

Maybe breathing a few breaths through the heart.

Today we'll use the heart as our seat of consciousness.

That aspect of self that is the observer,

The one who notices.

Breathing into the heart space,

Can we become the observer in this moment?

What does it feel like to be the watcher of the thoughts?

As I watch the thoughts,

I know I am not the thoughts.

Breathing in through the heart space and from this viewpoint of the observer,

I'd invite you to call to mind an area of your life where you might be experiencing difficulties.

What are you facing in your life right now that feels difficult?

Staying in the heart space,

Just allowing whatever it is to present itself,

Watching.

I am the observer.

Can we observe something that is difficult?

As we imagine this difficulty,

I'd invite you to become aware of your body.

As I imagine this difficulty,

What can I sense in my body?

What shifts?

What changes?

Knowing that discomfort,

A closing off,

A shutting down is an invitation to see the discomfort.

To see it for whatever it truly is.

We can ask ourselves,

Is there an opportunity for growth here?

If there is pain here,

Can I look inside myself so that I may find it?

What would shift for me without this pain?

What might open up for me?

Who could I be if I let this go?

I'd invite you to imagine what it might be like to observe a world free from blockages.

Moving through the world without pain.

Choosing not to suffer.

Can we choose to listen to our hearts more clearly?

Trust the signals the heart provides?

Can we know the difference between love and fear?

Let's bring back the awareness to our heart,

Breathing,

Re-centering ourselves in the heart.

We can ask ourselves in this moment,

What does it feel like to be open?

Willing to be brave to be with whatever is present in the moment?

Could you imagine moving through the world without envy,

Fear,

Jealousy,

Any low vibrational energy?

Can we imagine for ourselves and our bodies in this moment what it feels like to be truly free?

Will we continue to free ourselves moment to moment,

Day by day?

Any time we choose to stay.

Breathing through the heart.

Letting yourself stay open,

Stay loving.

Let's stay here for a few breaths.

May we go with awareness of our thoughts,

Our bodies,

Our hearts.

May we come back to the seat of consciousness often.

May we be the observer.

And may we be brave enough to be with whatever is here in the moment.

To allow it to flow through us.

To honor it and to let it go.

Blessings.

Slowly beginning to bring your awareness back into the room.

Back into your space.

Taking whatever time you need to ease your way here.
