Welcome to the Daily Insight.
My name is Jessica Amos.
Today's meditation is called Be Here Now,
Designed to help you access the peace,
Clarity,
And joy available to you in the present moment always.
Start by taking three deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
With each inhale allow your body to expand and with each exhale release any tension you are holding onto.
Feel free to keep breathing deeply and releasing tension until you feel fully relaxed.
Hold your spine strong and upright.
Make sure the back of your body is supported so that you can allow your heart space to soften and open.
Breathe deeply into your heart space.
Be aware of your heart that is always beating for you in the present moment.
Your heart cannot beat for you yesterday or tomorrow.
It can only beat for you right now in this moment.
As you breathe and as you are aware of your heart beating,
Bring awareness into the edges of your body,
Into your beingness in this moment and in this space.
Feel where the air touches your bare skin,
Where clothing is covering you,
And feel your own presence here and now in this place.
Your body is ever present.
It can only be in the present moment.
In the present moment there is truly no past and no future.
Memories are just a thought that exists in the present moment.
Worries and ruminations are just thoughts that exist in the present moment.
This is all that's real and this is enough.
And here now you are safe.
You are well.
Your body is alive and present breathing.
Your body is alive and present breathing.
Heart beating.
Solid.
If you find yourself becoming stressed and anxious,
Come back to this body in the present moment.
Your body that is always here for you breathing and beating.
And trust that in any given moment your inner wisdom is speaking and guiding you.
Allow yourself to breathe,
Release thoughts,
Judgments and labels and listen to what's true right now.
This is all there is.
The present moment.
Enough.
Where you are enough.
No striving.
No hustling.
Allow yourself to be here now.
Trust that you are safe.
All is well.
Breath.
Heart beating.
Presence of body.
No future.
No past.
Do not label or judge your thoughts.
Here you are.
