
Kundalini Chakra Meditation

In this Chakra Meditation you will take a ride up the spine through each of the 8 main chakra centers (including the high-heart) and experience the consciousness of each one. You will get to use breathing and awareness at each of the main centers and release that which holds you back from experiencing life fully.
Transcript
Bring yourself into a comfortable upright seated position with your spine straight and your hands relaxed down onto your legs,
Palms up or palms down.
And curl the first finger to the base of your thumb.
Go ahead and take a few deep breaths in and begin to imagine your spinal cord to be like a hollow tube.
As you inhale,
Feeling the breath rising up the spine toward the top of your head.
And as you exhale,
Following the breath down the spine to your tailbone.
Taking a moment here just to breathe in your spinal cord,
Awakening all of the nerves of the spinal cord.
And the subtle energy centers,
The chakras situating along the spine.
And as you exhale,
Following the breath down the spine to the tailbone.
Taking just a moment to breathe in and out of your body.
Breathing in some light,
Awareness to your physical body.
And on the exhale,
Releasing any heaviness,
Tension,
Stress.
Inhaling a sense of openness,
Allowing.
And exhaling a sense of relief.
And as you exhale,
Feeling density and stagnation.
Go ahead and bring your awareness down to the base of your spine.
To the area of your body contacting the floor,
The chair,
And the perineum.
And we bring our awareness,
Our attention to the first energy center,
Mulandar.
Located in the perineum and the male.
And just inside near the cervix of a female.
And we bring our awareness to the second energy center,
Mulandar.
Located in the perineum and the male.
And just inside near the cervix of a female.
So in this area of the body,
Go ahead and begin to imagine a red light.
As you inhale,
The light expands.
And as you exhale,
The light expands.
Just taking a moment to bring consciousness into this area of the body.
Mulandar Chakra governs the organs of elimination and the legs,
Movement,
Circulation,
And the lower part of the body.
It also governs our sense of groundedness,
Security,
The basic needs for survival.
So in this energy center,
As you breathe,
Begin to feel secure.
And begin to feel that you are safe.
Even saying to yourself mentally,
I am safe.
And as you breathe,
You are safe.
And as you breathe,
You are safe.
And as you breathe,
You are safe.
And as you breathe,
You are safe.
Even saying to yourself mentally,
I am safe.
I am secure.
All of my basic needs are provided for me.
As you exhale,
Releasing any tension regarding your basic needs,
Food,
Clothing,
Shelter.
And as you inhale,
Breathe in a sense of plenty,
Abundance in these areas.
And into this center,
Begin to say yes to yourself.
Yes.
Exhaling any tension that might arise.
Begin to feel very supported,
Very secure.
And with this energy,
Go ahead and breathe up the spinal cord toward the second center.
So to find the second chakra,
So it is done,
Go ahead and you can take one finger and place it back on your sacrum,
Just a few inches up from the tailbone.
Taking a little bit of pressure there.
And then just bring your awareness a few centimeters into the body.
And release the hand.
You can still feel the pressure there.
So we are going to in a few centimeters from this point,
Swadhisthana Chakra.
Beginning to breathe into this area.
Now an orange colored light expanding on the inhale breath.
Exhaling,
Contracting.
Swadhisthana governs the energy around the reproductive organs,
Kidneys and adrenal glands.
And on a level of consciousness governs the area of desire.
The root of our creativity and also the sense of satisfaction and joy.
So as you breathe into this center now,
Begin to feel that you can be satisfied.
Feel that you are satisfied.
Begin to say yes to yourself mentally in this center.
And exhale feeling any constriction leaving the body.
Begin to feel in the area of sexuality that you are satisfied.
Feel in joy.
Feel an opening here.
And once again saying yes into this center.
Releasing any ideas of dissatisfaction or constriction,
Guilt.
Just let that go on the exhale breath.
This is also the chakra that connects us directly to our family lines.
Both forward and back.
So like our karmic line.
As you exhale,
Imagine releasing any of those ties that no longer serve you.
And inhale your own sense of uniqueness.
Just letting go anything coming through the family line that is no longer yours.
Letting that return to its source.
Exhale breath.
Feeling that support and strength from this first center.
Combining with joy and satisfaction in the second center.
Go ahead and inhale breath now up to the navel center.
Coming into Manipura Chakra just between the navel and the spine.
Feeling a yellow light expanding in the belly.
Governing the organs of digestion,
Assimilation.
And on a subtler level also our ability to digest experiences and to assimilate all that we need to from each experience that we have.
So in this center also governs our ability to feel confident,
Motivated.
Begin to feel yourself saying yes in this center.
Feel I am confident.
I am strong.
This is our center where empowerment begins.
As you exhale releasing any tension in the belly.
When we have constriction in the center we often feel a tightness in our stomach or in our gut.
This can also happen surrounding fear.
So as you focus on your navel now just go ahead and let the belly relax.
Bring in a nice navel breath.
And as you exhale dissolving fear,
Emotional fear,
Tension.
As you allow that sense of support and joy to radiate up from the lower centers and support this third navel center.
So again breathing into the belly feeling yes I am confident.
I am motivated.
I am creative.
Here we begin to bring our creative self into expression.
And on your next inhale breath let's go ahead and breathe up into the heart space.
Coming up to anahata.
Begin to feel the light now green in the chest.
It expands throughout the chest and heart region as you inhale.
And as you exhale it begins to spread this green light all throughout your body.
Anahata chakra governs the heart and the lungs.
It also on a more subtle level connects us with our inner healing capacity.
Our ability to heal self.
So as we imagine this green light on the inhale and exhale take that green light imagery to any area of your body that you might feel needs healing or support.
And let that green light amplify.
Become stronger.
Keep inhaling more green into the heart and allowing that light to move to different parts of the body.
The heart also governs our ability to love and feel love.
This love is of the unconditional nature.
Begin to feel as you inhale here that you are loved.
And inhale that sense of love.
Being loved unconditionally,
No judgment.
And allow that love now to feel that I am love.
That love is all that I am.
And exhale releasing any doubts or judgments of self and any emotions of guilt,
Envy,
Jealousy,
Jealousy,
Hatred.
And each time again placing on the inhale that sense of unconditional love.
Begin to say yes to yourself here in the heart.
And now begin to feel like I can love.
As we fill up our own supply of this unconditional love energy.
Begin to overflow and this love flows through us and from us.
And say yes to this ability,
To this capacity to love.
On your next breath in,
Go ahead and breathe up to the space right between the heart and the throat.
And below the collar bones,
Around your thymus glands,
The high heart,
The lesser known chakra.
Begin to imagine a pink light here.
As you inhale,
This is the bridge between the heart and the throat.
It is directly tied also to your healing capacity as it is connected to the thymus gland,
With your body's main immune glands.
Take a moment and become aware of this area of your body.
Exhale to release an attention here.
As you breathe into the high heart,
To begin to be connected to your passion,
Your ability to speak your personal truth.
So allow the energy of that to bubble up in your high heart.
We're going to go ahead and breathe right up to the throat center,
To Vishuddhi Chakra in the pit of the throat.
The energy changes to a blue color.
And here as Vishuddhi governs the throat,
Thyroid,
Parathyroid,
But on a more subtle level,
Our ability to speak and to speak from a place of authenticity and truth.
So breathing into the center,
Exhale,
Releasing any tightness in the throat.
You might need to swallow here to let go of any blocks.
And just begin to feel yourself saying yes here in the throat.
I can speak my truth,
Whatever it is in any moment.
As you inhale,
Imagine taking in all of the sweetness from all of your experiences,
From every place you go,
Every person you meet.
Allow yourself to taste that here.
And as you exhale,
Returning that grace into the world by speaking your truth,
By standing in the truth of who you are.
And maybe at this moment you aren't sure how that looks.
So just go ahead and come into the throat space and just say yes.
And just let an allowing come into the throat space.
As all the previous centers that we've talked through,
The energy flows up through them supporting a higher center.
On the inhale again,
Come from the throat all the way up to the third eye center,
The space between your eyebrows to anya chakra.
Connected directly to the pineal gland in the center of the brain.
In this center,
We begin to become aware of our capacity to observe or to witness our experiences,
Our life.
So as we breathe into this center,
Begin to just say yes to this idea of the witness.
And then for just a moment,
Step outside of yourself mentally.
Imagine observing your body in the seated position from the outside.
Just noticing your position,
Maybe the breath subtly moving the body.
Here we can glimpse this observer attitude.
And then go ahead and inhale.
Let your awareness come back inside the body.
And begin to feel as you bring awareness into the third eye center,
This awareness that we are living this life,
That we are living our story.
But we are also the witness or the writer of this story.
We are the actors in the play of life.
We are also the one writing the play.
Take a moment to allow this awareness to come in.
And again,
Just saying yes,
Just opening up to this level of consciousness.
Breathing into the third eye center,
Allowing your intuitive faculties to be activated.
And then go ahead and inhale as if in through the third eye center,
Right into the center of the head,
The skull.
And imagine with your breath filling up a small bubble.
And as it fills up,
It begins to float up inside of your head and just touches the top inside of your skull.
With this you feel an opening over the top of your head,
Opening up Sahasara Chakra,
The thousand petal lotus.
And as you exhale,
Imagine feeling the energy just falling all around you like rain,
Nourishing your skin as it falls down,
As it pools again at the base of your spine.
Go ahead and inhale again,
Up the full length of the spinal cord through each chakra.
And exhale again out the top of your head.
Again,
Energy raining all around you.
Continue a few more rounds of breath here,
Creating a nice,
Beautiful circuit of energy,
The fountain of life.
Life giving energy coming through the spine.
On your next inhale breath,
Bring your awareness up the spinal cord and out the top of your head.
Let your awareness move into the room in which you're seated.
And begin to become aware of all the different spaces in the room.
Let your awareness fill every corner,
Every nook,
Every granny,
Every soft and hard space.
Become aware of the entire room.
And then on your inhale breath,
Imagine taking this entire room inside of yourself.
Feel that you can contain it within your own body,
That you can hold it in you.
Inhale and exhale with this awareness.
And go ahead and release this image.
Inhale again,
Up the spinal cord,
Out the top of your head,
And let your awareness now move outside of this room,
All over your area of town.
Become aware of tree tops,
Of all the foliage and the extent of your city or town.
Become aware of all the energies moving there,
The changes in elevation,
As much as you can.
And then on an inhale breath,
Imagine taking the awareness of this area of town into your own being.
Feel that you can contain it,
Can hold it as part of you.
And feel all the different energies and elevations existing within your own frame.
And on an exhale go ahead and release this image.
Inhale again,
Up the spinal cord,
Exhale out the top of your head.
Let your awareness now move over your entire country,
Moving toward the west coast.
And become aware of the coastline,
Of the sand,
Of the surf.
And let your awareness move now out over the ocean and continue around the globe,
Becoming aware one by one of each continent,
Each land mass and body of water.
Becoming aware of Asia,
Of Australia,
Africa,
Europe,
All the islands of the sea.
Become aware of the poles.
And moving over the Atlantic,
Become aware of North and South America.
Let your awareness encircle the entire globe,
All the diversity there.
All of the land and the vastness of the ocean.
And then on an inhale breath,
Imagine taking that awareness of this entire earth into your own being.
Imagine you can hold the earth in you.
And as you do this,
Become aware of the bodies of water inside your own being,
Of the diversity inside your frame.
And the masses of seeming solid energy.
Take a moment here to allow yourself to send any blessing or any wish for the planet that you have here as you hold Gaia.
As she and you are one.
As you exhale and release this holding,
Maintaining the awareness of this oneness.
Allow your awareness to move now up your spinal cord and finally this time out the top of your head.
And let your consciousness now continue upward and out of the atmosphere of the earth.
Becoming aware of all of the stars,
The moon,
The sun,
The planets,
Of our entire solar system and into the universe and beyond.
And feel the timelessness,
The vastness.
Become aware of all the possibilities that exist there.
And on an inhale breath,
Bring all of that awareness inside your form.
Feel yourself vast as you hold the entire universe and all of the bodies of energy inside your being.
Feel yourself saying yes.
Allow any information from the universe to move into the cells of your being.
The answers you might be seeking.
Allowing that information to come into you.
As you release this image,
Go ahead and bring energy in through the top of your head on an inhale breath.
And exhale out to the third eye center.
Inhale into the third eye center and exhale down and out the throat center.
Inhale into the throat to Vishuddhi.
Exhale down and out the heart center.
Inhale into the heart center.
Exhale down and out the heart.
Inhale to the heart center.
Love unconditional and exhale down and out your navel center.
Breathing in again to Manipur.
Exhale down and out.
Swadhisthana in the pelvis.
Inhale to your second center.
Joy.
Exhale now down and out the root center.
Mulandar Chakra.
Go ahead and take your energy right into the earth.
Feel supported.
And as you breathe now just becoming aware of the energy of your entire body.
Allowing this new awareness and consciousness to settle with you.
Go ahead and move down now from your seated position into the lying down position.
Go ahead and get comfortable.
As you allow this very potent cosmic energy to move through every cell of your entire body and allow yourself to bask in your natural state of true bliss.

This has to Be the Most Incredible Meditation I've ever done. Your Amazingly Beautiful Goddess Energy and Vibes we Beautifully Intense and Rhythmical. Your voice Totally Resonates with Me and My Chakras. I saw visions of you in several Chakras, at least five. I saw other people as well. I'm Exhausted and Energized at the same time.
