Good morning soul, I am gracefully awakening from another glorious sleep, I am present in this moment now, I can feel my breath deepening as I lay here, Each inhale and exhale is greater than the last as it draws my awareness to my physical vessel, My house where I reside within, My bed feels warm and comfortable and I feel safe and secure in my body, Mind and soul, I observe the presence of my spirit, The light that shines within me is bright, Compassionate and honest, I notice the steady beat of my heart echoing inside my chest, I am so grateful to be alive, I am in complete trust that I am exactly where I need to be and that I am blessed with abundance in all of its forms, I call upon my highest self, My angels, Guides and playful inner child, I smile with incredible appreciation to be so intensely connected to the divine source within me and all living things, I am powerfully aware of my eternal divinity, I am thankful that I have been gifted another day to walk upon my beautiful mother Gaia, I know her roots will ground me should I ever experience resistance to the flow of my life, In times of personal challenge, I will choose to go and sit upon the earth and surrender to the now moment so she can effortlessly transmute what no longer serves me with unwavering unconditional love and acceptance for my past, Present and future self, I am profoundly moved by the love that surrounds me when I am entirely in the here and now, I can use this same unrestricted love to create anything that I choose to imagine, Through my fiery passion, I create that which excites the heart and soul, As I utilize my strength and follow my bliss, I experience a timeless magical reality, Everything is easy, Fun and exciting, The next step makes perfect sense and I am more than happy to take it as I trust that it will lead me down the path towards my wildest dreams, I release all expectations as I am surrendered to the god consciousness within all that is and know of my unlimited power as the creator of my experience, I am grateful for all mirrors, Conscious reflections and beyond, I seek to observe my life from the highest of perspectives, I welcome all lessons and challenges as they assist in my growth and the expansion of the universe as it experiences itself through me, I lovingly embrace my authentic self as I play the role of a single drop in the infinite ocean, I dance, Sing and play for it is so fun to have a beautiful body to live this life through, I use my thoughts, Words and actions to magnetize new and exciting events to occur in my life, I know that everything is happening for me and in the perfect divine timing, I always have what I need, I am completely open to the fullness of duality and I dare not deny any part of it, I am more than capable of navigating emotionally through each and every uncomfortable situation, I embrace the growing pains of moving from darkness into light and I intentionally illuminate that which has been overlooked so I may continue to expand consciously, Today I am choosing to love myself, I am devoted to loving myself and my health, Fitness and spiritual well-being is a direct reflection of my loyalty, I thoroughly honor my body and willingly meet all of its needs with reverence, I listen carefully with love and patience knowing that change is inevitable and that my presence with myself in each moment is invaluable, I consciously connect with the food I am so fortunate to obtain and so I set clear intentions for the unification of its energy as it merges with my energetic being, I find stillness when I admire the beauty of this life and as I applaud the one divine creator of all that is, I tune into and connect completely with my breath, My mind is focused on the positives, However my mind also shares loving insights whenever further inspection is needed so that I may gain a greater perspective on the situation, Each time I return to my heart it expands as I inevitably discover a new way forward, I approach all things with wonder and curiosity, I seek to investigate, Find out and explore my experience, I have unconditional love for all beings on this beautiful planet, May all beings be happy, Free and liberated from suffering, May all beings feel into the tapestry of divine connectedness that I have recognized to be the truth of our universal existence and I am consciousness.
