This is something that doesn't bring anyone happiness. Even though it might seem to stick to you and linger like background music while you're "on hold." You identify with the rumination, thinking that it's you. That it's a part of you. But: even though it might seem that way, it's ultimately inauthentic! However, you'll only experience this when you can recognize and see the inauthenticity within yourself. This requires investigation: exploring what is real and what is not. Such investigation will help you transform rumination into insights, wisdom, and clarity. How? That's exactly what we'll practice together in this training. The goal is to become the master of your thinking. When you worry and ruminate, you are not the master. Of course, you have some influence over your thoughts, but think of it as training an animal – sometimes it works, and sometimes you wonder what to do with it. You can't turn off your thinking, but you can learn to control it by understanding it. The beauty is that thinking is ALWAYS where you are. You don't need to search for it; it's within you. The more you investigate your thinking, the deeper your understanding of how it influences you becomes. Through this exploration, you'll notice that you become more authentic and intuitive over time. The duration of training your mind depends on your determination, time, and commitment to this practice. In these 10 days, we will lay the foundation to discover how to access your "quiet mind." You'll learn how to distinguish between your authentic and inauthentic self. * You'll gain knowledge about your own body and energy. * You'll investigate what is happening within and around you. Now, there's a solid foundation to specifically examine rumination. What is it, and how do you deal with it? * We'll turn it inside out to create clarity, enabling you to make a choice: do I take action or not, and if so, how do I do it? How can you let go and once again follow your energy? What is your heart's intention, and how do you follow it? Finally, you'll receive tools to empty yourself completely and enjoy your own Being. And how do you remain in the NOW? Because that's where it all happens. I would love to take you on this special journey.

Diana van der Werff is an expert in inner freedom, with over 20 years of coaching practice. Diana began her career as a policy advisor, project manager, and communication consultant, reflecting her versatility and deep understanding of processes and their functioning. Her interests expanded into the realm of health when conventional methods didn't provide relief for certain physical issues. She evolved as a healer, coach, and body-oriented therapist, focusing on the path to inner leadership and human development. Diana's life purpose is centered around enriching the lives of others. On this day, you'll acquire knowledge of your body by "looking" inward. You'll learn to direct your attention inward and tune into your life energy. You'll discover how you can experience the difference between sensing inwardly and realizing that you don't need to think for that. There's a part within you that's stable and another part that's very unstable. How do you learn to distinguish between them?

Breaking Free From Impressions And Assumptions

Discover which impressions, conditioning, and assumptions have become so integrated into your system that you've started to believe that you ARE them. Perhaps there's even a "natural" tendency to hold onto this conditioning tightly, because otherwise, you might feel too free and uncertain. On this day, you'll learn to let go of this and focus on your true self.

Living in the NOW. Easily said, but challenging to do. In this lesson, you'll receive tips and experiences about how it is for you, so that you can return to it every time and start with a clean slate. You'll experience the space around you; the space that keeps everything in balance. You'll experience space within yourself. Your essence is your conscious presence in the here and now.
