I will guide you through the relaxation process and instruct you on what to do next. This way my voice will not interrupt you once you are in alpha. You will be self guiding your way into alpha.

You are listening to a meditation from Sound Science Soul.

This meditation is based in part on the Achieving Alpha Method from the book The Silva Mind Control Method by Jose Silva.

This will teach you how to enter the alpha state any time of day.

I will guide you through the relaxation process and instruct you on what to do next.

This way my voice will not interrupt you once you are in alpha.

You will be self-guiding your way into alpha.

When you want to leave alpha,

You will count from one to five,

Saying to yourself that you will slowly become more awake.

You will feel healthy and feel better than before.

And then opening your eyes as you reach five and feeling wide awake.

So let's begin.

Sit comfortably straight up on a chair or on a bed or even on the floor.

You can sit cross-legged or with your feet on the floor or extended in front of you.

And place your hands loosely in your lap.

Keep your head straight,

Your spine erect.

And start to breathe deeply.

And each breath allow yourself to go deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Take a series of three breaths with me.

First breathe in deeply through the nose or the mouth,

Whichever is most comfortable for you.

And then hold briefly.

And then breathe out through the mouth,

Breathing out longer than the inhale.

By doing so,

You activate the parasympathetic nervous system,

Telling your body to rest.

Now relax.

Breathe in again.

Hold slightly.

Then breathe out slowly and fully through the mouth,

Completely expelling the breath.

When breathing out,

Purse your lips and blow out in a steady stream.

Now relax.

Breathe in again.

Hold for a bit.

And then breathe out slowly,

Fully through the mouth,

Completely emptying your lungs.

Blow out the air in a steady stream.

Relax completely.

Continue with the breath in whatever way makes you feel relaxed.

You can breathe normally or continue to take deep breaths.

Now in order to fully relax your body,

Concentrate on one part of your body at a time and consciously relax it,

Moving up the body from your feet to the top of your head.

First focus on the bottom of your left foot.

Relax.

Focus on the bottom of your right foot.

Relax.

Bring your attention to your left toes.

Now focus on your right toes.

Relax.

Focus on the top of your left foot.

Relax.

Focus on the top of your right foot.

Move to your left calf.

Relax.

Then to your right calf,

Relaxing it fully.

Bring your attention to your left knee and relax it.

Then your right knee.

Relax.

Focus on your left thigh,

Relaxing it completely.

Then doing the same with your right thigh.

Relax.

Move to the area around your perineum and your sex reproduction elimination organs and completely relax.

Now focus on the lower abdomen and relax.

Then your upper abdomen,

Feeling a release of tension throughout these areas and all of the lower body.

Move up into the chest and around the heart center,

Relaxing these areas completely.

Then focus on your left fingers,

All five fingers relaxing.

Bring your attention to your right fingers and relax.

Focus on the left hand,

Relaxing completely.

Then the right hand,

Relax.

Bring your attention to your left forearm and relax.

Then the left elbow,

Relax.

Now the right forearm,

Relax.

The right elbow,

Relax.

Focus on your left shoulder,

Relaxing it fully.

Now your right shoulder,

Feeling more and more relaxed now.

Move up to the throat and up into your neck,

Feeling all tension release here.

And then focus on the chin,

Moving along the side of the face to the ears,

Then to the mouth,

To the cheeks,

To the nose,

To the eyes,

To the forehead.

And then placing attention all over the head,

Feeling all tension release here.

Now feeling completely relaxed throughout the entire body.

Pick a spot on the wall opposite you,

About 45 degrees above eye level,

And gaze at the spot until your eyelids feel heavy and begin to close.

As your eyelids begin to feel heavy,

Count down from 50 to 1.

Once you are done counting,

You will sit quietly in alpha state.

You will no longer hear my voice,

Only silence for 30 minutes.

Take as long as you need,

Using this state to create,

Problem solve,

Or just to feel better.

Remember to count from 1 to 5 when you are ready to move out of alpha state.

Thank you for this detailed method to get into Alpha. I am currently reading the book, but this is like taking it to the next level when applying what Silva Mind Control teaches. Excited to see more changes than I already have since starting the book…🙏🏼
