You are listening to a meditation from SoundScienceSoul.
In this experiential meditation,
You are accessing the alpha state of mind.
This is best done in the morning.
Accessing this brain state is useful for clarity,
Creativity,
Relaxation,
Connecting into a higher version of self,
And visualizing your goals and desires.
The intention of an experiential meditation is to have an experience,
To transcend,
To separate from the body and the mind,
To connect into the ancient knowledge of sound and brain entrainment,
And using more of your mind,
Accessing the higher mind,
In order to unravel programming,
Gain control of your mind,
And change your life in multiple ways.
To access knowledge not readily available to you in everyday life,
To gain greater control of your mind,
To deal with the challenges of life,
And to even find resolution.
In experiential meditation,
You have to believe in the impossible,
Or what seems like it.
You have to surrender,
And you have to release expectation.
Remember every time you practice this meditation,
You are strengthening your connection to your higher self,
And accessing deeper levels of your mind.
Trust in the power of your mind and the universe to guide you towards your intentions,
And know that you have the ability to achieve what you desire.
Music you hear in the background,
Combined with my voice,
Will guide you deep into the alpha state.
First,
Find a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
You will need a blackout eye mask for sensory deprivation,
And either a pair of headphones or an eye mask that has headphones built in.
Sitting down is preferable in order to keep the channel open,
But it's also important to be comfortable.
Lying down can still work.
You may have thoughts,
Ideas,
Intuition,
Information from a higher source come to you during this time.
It's good to have a pen and paper nearby to write down your ideas immediately after meditation.
As you settle into a comfortable position,
Begin to set your intention for this practice.
What is it that you want to experience or achieve?
Take a moment to begin to visualize this intention clearly,
But let go of any expectation allowing what you receive in this practice.
Now let's begin by focusing on your breath.
We'll take six breaths together.
You'll take a deep breath,
Inhaling for about a count of six,
Blowing up your abdomen like a balloon,
Holding for about a count of three,
And exhaling fully for about a count of nine.
There is no need to be exact.
You simply want to breathe in,
Hold,
And release fully,
Allowing the release to be longer than the inhale or the hold.
Breathe deeply and fully,
Allowing your breath to become slower and more relaxed with each inhale and exhale.
Breathe in,
Counting to six,
Hold for three,
And release fully,
Counting to nine.
Breathe in again,
And release fully.
Breathe in for a count of six,
Hold,
And release fully.
Breathe in for six,
And release fully to nine.
Breathe in again,
Hold,
And release fully.
Breathe in,
And release fully.
Allow yourself to continue breathing naturally,
Feeling more fully relaxed and peaceful,
Allowing your breath to return to a natural rhythm.
Now you'll consciously relax each part of your body,
Working from your feet to your head.
You'll first tense each area,
And then fully release,
Relaxing completely.
First tense your feet and your toes,
Stretching them tight,
And then fully release.
Tighten your calves and your knees,
And then fully release,
And then relax completely.
Squeeze your thighs,
And then fully release,
And then relax completely.
Squeeze and tense your lower abdomen,
Pulling it in.
Squeeze in your upper abdomen,
And then fully release.
Don't worry if you can't tense an area very much.
This isn't meant to be difficult.
Spread your fingers out to tighten them.
Release.
Bring your shoulders up and in to stretch and release.
I'll stretch your face to tense it,
Squeezing all the muscles of the face.
Release.
Scan the body head to toe.
Project a beam of light entering the top of your head,
Moving through you.
As the beam of light moves through you,
It fills your body with light.
We'll stop at the bottom of your feet,
Anchoring you in light.
Notice how relaxed and peaceful you feel.
Allow yourself to fully surrender to this state of relaxation,
Feeling a sense of calm and serenity washing over you.
Continue to breathe deeply and naturally,
Allowing your body and mind to go in deeper than you've ever gone before.
Now imagine the black screen in front of your eyes.
The screen represents the door to your reality,
And as you close your eyes behind it,
You will enter into a deeper level of your mind.
Allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper into this state of relaxation,
And as you do,
Begin to visualize your intention,
Your desire.
See it clearly in your mind's eye,
Allowing the images to become more vivid and detailed.
Project the image you desire on the black screen behind your eyes,
Building it every day,
Every minute detail,
Until you see perfectly every piece,
Including the steps you'll take to get you to the final manifestation.
If you're striving towards a health goal,
For example,
Imagine the inner workings of your body and the healing process taking place.
It's important you begin doing some of these steps in your waking life,
And know that you have the power to achieve it.
As you visualize,
Allow yourself to surrender to the experience.
Release any expectations or judgments,
And simply allow yourself to be fully present.
As you continue to visualize and imagine,
Resulting in bodily sensations such as warmth.
You may even become thoughtless or see images,
Getting new ideas and revelations.
Stay open to whatever arises during this practice.
Sit in silence while listening to the music,
And continue to work on your visualization.
Remember every experience is different,
And each time you practice,
You will welcome a unique experience.
Stay open and allow the power of your mind to influence your intentions.
When the music ends,
Take a few deep breaths,
And lie or sit still for as long as you need.
