Today,

Let's focus on finding energy.

Energy within.

There's a time when our energies can get stuck,

And we don't know how to release that energy.

So let's begin with a breathing exercise.

First,

Make yourself comfortable.

You could be lying on the ground,

Or sitting upright.

Whatever is most comfortable for you.

Begin by breathing through the nose.

Taking deep inhales as you breathe in,

And exhaling out slowly.

Breathing in again,

And exhaling out slowly.

As you're breathing in and out,

Find a rhythm that works for you.

Repeat this breathing exercise a few more times.

Inhale And exhale Okay.

Allow the sounds that you're hearing to guide you through this sound meditation.

Each sound carries its own energy.

Allow yourself to be a passive listener and observer.

The sounds you hear may trigger thoughts or emotions.

Let your mind wander and let the thoughts and emotions pass.

Allow yourself to let go of any negative energy.

Next,

Bring your attention to the present moment.

Be still,

Be aware,

And be present.

As you're listening,

Be aware of any sounds moving throughout the space.

Be still,

Be aware,

And be present.

Be still,

Be aware,

And be present.

Be still,

Be aware,

And be present.

Be still,

Be aware,

And be present.

Now might be a good moment to return back to our breathing exercise.

Inhaling deeply through the nose,

And exhaling.

Continue this a few more times.

We will focus our breathing out through our mouth.

So inhaling in and filling up the lungs and taking a slow exhale out.

Definitely unique, and quite the journey! I have an audio engineering background, and love a good sound bath. This was certainly one of them. I'm unaccustomed to having vocal guidance mixed in, but this was very effective towards enhancing the experience, as we're the occasional random unusual sounds. Bookmarked and followed.
