E Today,

Let's talk about our energy and finding ways to push through.

Being mindful of that energy and allowing it to have space in our bodies and in our minds can allow us to get to where we want to be.

Sometimes there's a block in our energy that keeps us from reaching our potential.

Each of them are unique to our own being.

So let's begin with a breathing exercise.

First take a deep inhale through the nose.

Slowly exhale out through the mouth.

Breathing in again,

Taking a deep inhale filling up the lungs and exhaling out slowly.

Really allow your body to relax.

If you haven't done so already,

Make yourself comfortable by lying down or sitting in a comfortable position.

Take a few more moments to breathe and do those exercises.

Next let's focus on the sounds.

Be aware of how they're moving in the space.

Also be aware of the energy they carry.

Allow yourself to move with this energy.

Let's take a deep inhale through the mouth.

Breathing in and out through the mouth.

Breathing in and out through the mouth.

Breathing in and out through the mouth.

As you're listening to the sound meditation,

Allow any thoughts that come up to pass gently and just observe it without any judgment.

Take a moment to recognize and appreciate their presence and allow them to pass.

Breathing in and out through the mouth.

Breathing in and out through the mouth.

Now let's return to our breath.

Gently inhaling again and gently exhaling out.

Again breathing deeply in and a soft gentle breath out.

Breathing in and out through the mouth.

Breathing in and out through the mouth.

Breathing in and out through the mouth.

Take the next few moments to think of something you're grateful for.

Maybe anything small,

Something that happened earlier in the day,

Yesterday.

Take a moment to be thankful of that moment.

Now take that feeling of thanks and gratitude and think of something that you're looking forward to.

Holding on to that thought or that feeling,

Bring that back into the present moment.

And from here,

Take a deep breath in and gentle exhale out.

Allow yourself to sit in the quiet.

Allow yourself to sit in the stillness of that moment.

Now take a moment to be thankful of that moment.

Breathing in and out through the mouth.

Breathing in and out through the mouth.

Now let's bring ourselves back to the present,

Focusing our energy into the now.

As we bring ourselves back into our bodies,

We can begin to stretch out our limbs as we feel comfortable,

Shifting in our position if we feel necessary.

And finally,

Give yourself thanks for going on this journey of sound,

Frequency,

And vibration.
