Welcome to this guided meditation to assist in facing a challenge in your life right now.

No matter how big or small,

The only thing you can control is your mindset and your preparation.

I'm with you here,

Supporting you,

Guiding you,

And encouraging you to get through this challenge one step at a time.

So let's take a couple minutes and walk through this challenge together,

Closing down your eyes to tune inwards,

Finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Start by lowering your breath into your belly as you inhale and exhale,

And slowing your breath down.

As with any challenge in life,

There can be some nerves,

Some stress,

Also some excitement.

There's so many emotions that can be associated and felt when at the starting line between you and an upcoming challenge.

So just knowing that all of those feelings are normal,

They're okay,

And it's a sign that you're alive.

So let's just begin by letting some of those nerves,

Stress,

Anxiety about this challenge,

Let those out with a few sighs.

We're going to do three nice big inhales and then let it go out your mouth on the exhale.

So big inhale and exhale.

Just let out that tension,

Let your shoulders relax.

We don't have to carry anything through this challenge that we don't want to emotionally.

We're going to let it go.

Inhale through the nose and exhale,

Sigh.

Nice full inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Let it all go.

Beautiful.

Just bringing your breath to normal.

Inhale and exhale.

Now as you inhale,

Draw in the encouragement,

Draw in the support that I'm sending you.

Draw in the encouragement and support from those around you,

Your family,

Friends,

Colleagues,

Acquaintances.

Fill yourself up.

Fill up your being with that encouragement.

You can bring to mind a challenge or something you've accomplished in the past that made you feel really good.

No matter how big or small,

Start to bring up that proof in your mind of what you're capable of.

And if something's not coming to mind right away,

Think of what other humans have accomplished.

The amazing feats physically,

Mentally,

Spiritually that millions of people are accomplishing around the world.

We are so powerful.

You are more powerful than you know.

You are stronger than you know.

And you are more capable than you know.

So allow your mind to expand,

To be open to possibilities of how you can get through this challenge.

I believe in you.

I know you can do it.

And if you have any doubt,

That's okay.

But know that anything is possible.

So I'd like you to visualize a mountain in front of you.

Big beautiful mountain.

You can paint the sky with the beautiful colors of a sunrise or a sunset behind the mountain.

You can hear some birds chirping.

Or beside you,

Maybe a slight breeze.

Immerse yourself in this scene of standing at the bottom of a huge mountain.

Notice that this mountain looks a lot like the challenge that you're facing.

It has some of the symbols or images that represent the challenge that you're about to face.

It has that feeling of before you're embarking on this adventure,

That same feeling that you're feeling when you're thinking of this upcoming challenge.

Before you climb this mountain,

Before you take on this challenge,

You have a backpack.

And you're allowed to put into that backpack whatever you like to make this journey possible so you feel supported,

You feel equipped,

And you feel prepared.

So inside this backpack,

Visualize adding in whatever you need,

Whether it's physical materials to conquer your personal challenge,

Maybe it's a certain mindset,

It's mental strength,

Maybe it's physical strength,

Or endurance,

Or problem solving,

Or humor.

You can add into this backpack the support from people around you,

You can add into this backpack the love and encouragement from people in your family,

In your friends,

In your circles.

So filling this backpack with your crew,

Your team,

Your team of objects,

Words,

Mindsets,

And you feel ready.

You're ready to start walking towards the mountain.

There's no better day than right now.

The mountain is not moving,

But you can move towards it and be one closer day to empowering yourself that you can climb this mountain and get on the other side.

Looking down at your feet,

Starting to take one step at a time towards this mountain,

That first step felt heavy,

But these next steps are feeling lighter as you continue to approach the mountain.

That first step is always the hardest,

But you're gaining momentum now,

Feeling yourself gaining this momentum with each step.

Feel the love and support that you've added in your backpack.

Feel all the tools and mindsets and physical abilities come into you,

Come into your mind and body and keep on heading up this mountain.

Feeling it lighter and lighter with each step,

You're starting to climb up this beautiful mountain,

This challenge,

This intimidating looking challenge.

You're doing it one step at a time.

Keep stepping towards,

Up and through this challenge.

As you're walking up the hill,

It's going to start to feel a little bit heavy sometimes,

But you have the strength,

You have the capability,

You're stronger and more powerful than you know,

So you continue on.

As the summit becomes closer and closer with each step,

The smile starts to grow on your face as you're over halfway up the mountain through the challenge.

The sky is beautiful around you and even though you're getting tired,

Your feet are starting to feel heavier now.

You know that you're so close to the top,

You're so close to conquering this mountain,

That there's no way of stopping.

You have your final last 10 steps up to the top where you can look back at the journey of you just conquering this challenge,

Being way more powerful than you could ever imagine.

Looking back at the difficult terrain that you just walked up this mountain,

Looking back at accomplishing each step,

Each phase to completing your challenge and knowing you completed this,

But you had the help and support of those around you,

You were prepared,

You had the right mindset and you feel so much more empowered to take on the next challenge.

You look down the other side of the mountain and it's a beautiful slide,

Nice and easy,

Lazy slide down the other side as you sit on that slide and take the ride back down to ground level,

Enjoying the breeze in your hair,

The breeze on your face,

Taking a few deep breaths here,

In and out through the nose,

Expanding the belly,

Ribs and chest and letting it fall on the exhale,

Taking a minute here to reflect on your challenge that you're facing in your life and asking yourself,

What do I need to bring in my backpack?

This is an energetic backpack that you're bringing with you,

It's not a physical one.

So what can you bring in your energetic toolbox,

Your energetic backpack to bring with you to help you conquer this challenge?

Is it a certain word,

A mantra to repeat,

The support of somebody,

A physical ability,

A mindset?

You can have it and know that you just conquered the mountain in your mind.

You can use this meditation to visualize the steps and phases to conquer the challenge in your life,

Powerful,

Personal,

An achievement in your mindset.

I hope that this helps and I hope that you have a beautiful day and you can conquer that challenge.
