Welcome to the inner connection meditation.

Find your way to a comfortable space.

You can take this meditation lying down or seated.

Just make sure that you are alert,

Aware,

And comfortable to dive into yourself in this space.

So begin by setting up the body,

Relaxing yourself into your position.

Taking a few breaths,

Not needing to fix or change them.

Just watching your breath come and go as it is.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Feel your breath moving through you like a wave.

Now bringing your awareness to your mind.

We'll begin to clear the thoughts.

Without trying to push them out or fixate them.

Can you imagine your thoughts as clouds in a sky,

Just passing by?

Watching whatever thought comes into your mind,

Whether it be about this meditation,

Whether it be about something that happened before this moment,

Something that will happen later.

Can you just see those thoughts appearing as clouds in your mind and watching them just pass by?

Not trying to hurry them out.

Not trying to push them away.

Just letting them go as they do.

And now we'll drop into the body.

Starting to feel your body here in this space.

And we'll check in with different body parts,

Just observing what you observe,

Feeling yourself connected to your physical body right here,

Right now.

Beginning with the feet.

Can you feel the connection of your feet?

Beginning with the feet.

Can you feel the connection of your feet?

The soles of the feet maybe touching the ground or the heels if you're lying down.

Or whatever shape you're in,

Just noticing your feet.

What's happening?

What do you feel?

Scanning through the feet.

And then feeling your legs.

Any sensations that are present in your legs,

Can you notice them?

Can you notice if there's any contact of your clothes touching your skin?

If there's any tightness or cramping or expansiveness in your legs.

And moving up to the hips.

Feeling your pelvis and your torso.

Noticing what's happening.

Are there any internal sensations?

Any movement happening?

Anything that you can identify at all?

As you begin to make your way up to your chest and your shoulders,

Noticing if you're pressing against anything.

Notice if you're clenching anything.

Notice if you're shifting now as you bring attention to these spaces in your body.

And there's no right or wrong way to do this.

It's just your experience.

Making your way up to the neck and the head.

Observing.

Feeling.

Noticing.

Checking in.

Making some notes of what you find.

And then making your way down through the arms and the hands.

Are your hands placed in a comfortable position?

Are your feet in a comfortable position?

Are your hands placed in any particular position?

Can you notice how your fingers feel?

And making your way back up through the arms,

Back up through the head to the crown of the head.

As you come back to your mind,

Come back to the clouds,

Just passing through,

Passing by.

And we'll begin to walk down a staircase,

A staircase within yourself.

Staircase within yourself.

And as you walk down the stairs,

You go deeper and deeper within yourself.

So noticing what the staircase looks like,

What the stairs look like within you.

Watching yourself go step by step,

Deeper and deeper.

And as you walk down,

The lights are at a dim setting.

So slowly begin to raise the brightness to your liking.

Raise the brightness to your liking.

And take a look around as you reach the bottom of the staircase.

What do you find there?

Maybe it looks like bookshelves of memories and experiences.

Maybe there are objects floating around that make up who you are.

Maybe there are colors and other sensory experiences to describe your inner world.

Exploring this space as if it's as if you're a child.

And it's your first time at an amusement park.

You're looking around with wonder,

With curiosity,

Wanting to see what's around,

Wanting to see what's deep within yourself.

What do you find there?

What did you not know you had within you?

What's there to support you?

Continuing to ask and observe and receive.

Continuing to ask and observe and receive any answers you may have been looking for.

Feel the safety within this space,

Your space,

Your home.

You have an opportunity now to shape that home.

Adding anything that you'd like to this inner room.

Getting rid of and letting go of anything that no longer serves you.

Creating this space by yourself,

For yourself.

And just feeling this strength that you have within you.

That is always there,

Asking to be acknowledged.

The love,

The compassion,

The wisdom,

The kindness,

The love that is always there for you.

The love,

The compassion,

The wisdom,

It's all there.

The abundance,

The success,

The worthiness,

It's all there.

So keep breathing it in.

Feeling yourself start to lift up.

Imagine your body getting lighter while still being grounded.

You feel your energy shifting as you become aware of this connection.

As you become aware of this connection,

You tap and tune into it.

You can come here at any time.

You can access it at any time.

Start to feel yourself back in your body.

Bringing some slight movement back into your fingers and your toes.

Maybe you rock your head around slightly.

Maybe you feel like swaying your body.

Coming back to the external world but not losing sight of your internal world.

Bringing your hands to your body now.

Maybe a hand on the chest,

A hand on the belly,

Or any other shape and just feeling your body.

Moving the hands around softly,

Tenderly,

Deeply breathing,

And deeply expanding.

When you're ready,

Coming back to the room,

Beginning to open the eyes once more and seeing the world with fresh eyes.

And seeing the world with fresh eyes.
