Transcript

Welcome to this two-minute deep breathing exercise.

Choose a comfortable spot,

Sit or lie down and let your shoulders soften.

Imagine yourself standing on solid ground.

Grounded and stable.

Breathe in peace,

Exhale tension.

Take a slow deep breath feeling your belly expand and chest rise.

Think of fresh air filling your lungs,

Cleansing and revitalizing.

Hold for a beat,

Savoring the quiet moment.

Then let it all go with a slow controlled exhale,

Releasing stress with each breath.

Repeat this slow breath,

Hold and continue to let go,

Allowing any stress to float away.

Continue to breathe in this way for as long as you can.

Feel your body relax,

Your mind settle and your feet planted firmly on the ground.

Remember your breath is your anchor and is always there,

Waiting to pull you back from the storm.
