To sense, grounding is to be truly present, anchored at this moment, this place, this body. It’s the antidote to overwhelm or stress because it allows us to remember there is only this moment, we cannot be more. In this practice we connect in with Earth and breath, allowing the space within us to dissolve into the space within the earth. In this state of spaciousness, we return to our midline, breathing with the liquid light of our spine to nourish every cell of our being.
