Transcript

Welcome to Murtcher Breathing.

Find a comfortable sitting position where you can sit upright and relax.

Imagine yourself sitting on a lotus leaf,

Gently floating on the calm,

Clear waters of a lake.

Your spine is straight and erect,

As if it were a majestic pillar connecting you to the earth and the sky.

So now gently close your eyes and find a moment of peace and retreat within yourself.

Let go of the outside world and immerse yourself in the silence and peace that lies deep within you.

So focus your attention on your breath.

Inhale slowly and deeply,

As if inhaling the fragrance of a beautiful flower.

Feel your belly gently expand as you inhale and contract as you exhale.

When you're ready,

Bring your tongue up and gently touch the roof of your mouth,

Behind your upper front teeth.

This is the point where your body's energy channels called nadis meet.

Now begin to inhale through your nose.

Imagine pure divine light flowing into you,

Energizing your cells and charging your energy centers within you.

Feel this energy filling you from within,

Filling you with joy.

Hold your breath for a moment and feel the stillness and peace that lies in this moment of inner stillness.

Release all tension and allow a feeling of lightness and release to flow through you.

Now slowly open your mouth and exhale gently.

Imagine all tension,

Worries,

And negative energies flowing out of your body and mind,

Being carried away by an invisible wind.

Feel lighter and liberated,

As if a burden has been lifted from your shoulders.

Repeat this breathing rhythm several times,

Feeling calmer and more peaceful with each breath.

Feel your heart open and love and compassion flow into every cell of your body.

When you're ready,

Slowly and gently return to your normal breathing pattern.

Open your eyes and notice the surroundings as if you're looking at them with a new perspective.

Feel refreshed,

Rejuvenated,

And re-energized.

You have experienced a moment of introspection and have connected with your true self.

Now,

Maintain this state of peace and clarity as you move forward with the rest of your day.

Namaste
