Welcome to my meditation Letting Go.
For the following meditation,
Please sit or lie down in a comfortable place where you can be undisturbed for a while.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes and begin to focus on your breathing.
Breathe in and out consciously,
Feeling your chest rise and fall.
Let your breath flow calmly and evenly,
Allowing it to guide you into a state of relaxation.
Now bring your attention to your head.
Feel a gentle relaxation slowly spreading throughout your head.
Imagine yourself freeing yourself from all thoughts and worries.
Your mind becomes still and calm.
Now feel the relaxing effect on your face.
Release all tension in your facial muscles and allow a smile to form on your lips.
Feel the muscles around your eyes and cheeks relax.
Let your attention move further to your neck and shoulders.
Feel the heaviness in your shoulders,
As if all the tension and burdens of the day are slowly dissolving.
Breathe in deeply and as you exhale,
Let the tension flow away.
As you feel into your body,
Allow your breath to flow to the deep abdominal muscles.
Feel your belly gently rise and fall with each breath.
Feel the calm and peace at your center.
Now bring your attention to your arms and hands.
Feel a pleasant warmth and heaviness spreading through your arms with each breath.
Notice how your hands calm down and experience a sense of comfort.
As you deepen the relaxation in your body,
Bring your attention to your back.
Feel tensions and blockages gradually dissolving.
Imagine being permeated by an invisible stream of energy that heals and regenerates you from within.
Now bring your attention to your legs and feet.
Feel the muscles in your leg relax and the energy flow down to your toes.
Feel the connection to the earth as your feet become firmly rooted in the ground.
In this state of deep relaxation,
Continue to explore your body with your awareness.
Feel each part of your body becoming calm and relaxed.
Allow yourself to remain in the present moment and accept each sensation without judgment.
For a moment,
Savor the complete relaxation you feel in your body.
Feel yourself here and now completely in tune with your body and mind.
Now that you've experienced this precious moment of detachment,
Notice your breathing once again.
Breathe in and out deeply and slowly open your eyes.
Gently returning to the space around you.
May this meditation continue to help you establish a deep connection with your body and experience the healing power of relaxation.
