Now place your left hand in Gyan Mudra and open your thigh.

With your thumb and index finger forming a ring.

With your right hand form Vishnu Mudra.

Wrapping your index and middle fingers around them and hold them ready to close your nostrils.

Now begin by closing your right nostril with your thumb and inhaling through your left nostrils.

As you exhale open your right nostril and close your left nostril with your ring finger.

Repeat this breathing exercise four times while keeping your shoulders relaxed.

This steady inhalation and exhalation will help you center yourself and calm your mind.
