A short audio as a gentle reminder to reconnect with who you are, rather than with what you do or who you think you should be. It’s a simple pause, a quick reset to come back to center, soften your nervous system, and be present again.

Who are you?

Not what you do,

Not what you have,

Not what you think you should be.

Who are you?

Tune in and nurture that every day.

If you are not in touch with your authentic self,

You'll end up being defined by someone else's opinions,

By someone else's beliefs.

The world is designed to distract you from yourself.

What if,

For a moment,

You put your phone away,

Stop listening to everyone else,

And explore who you are beyond the layers of noise,

Beyond the layers of distraction,

Beyond the layers of programming and conditioning.

Who are you deep inside?

And if you find it hard to connect to that,

Start by connecting with your heart.

Sit,

Breathe,

Tune into your heart space.

You can even put your hand on your heart,

Take a deep breath,

And tune in.

And yes,

There might be layers of noise too,

But imagine for a moment that you can move through them all and simply sit in silence and in peace with your heart.

Because when you don't know who you are,

The world will decide for you.

So don't let the noise of the world make you forget who you are.

A magnificent creation of existence.

Much love.
