8D is a new technology in which sound is going to be experienced around you, enhancing the immersion into the meditation experience. To fully experience it, you will need to have your headphones on (both ears!) and be open to being surprised. This sound bath includes voice, chimes and Tibetan bowls, these last instruments are connected to the ancient practices of chakra balancing, specially chosen for you so that you will feel this is a new door for you to finding more awareness.

Find the power of a calm and balanced mind.

Welcome to sound meditation.

In the next ten minutes,

We're going to withdraw the attention from the external things and relax throughout this journey of sound.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Gently close your eyes and begin to be aware of the in and out flow of your breath.

Feeling how the air comes in and how the air goes out.

In a few more moments,

You're going to start to experience the sound.

Be curious and stay focused in how the sound fades in and fades out.

And if at any moment your mind wanders off,

It's normal.

Just bring it back to your breath,

Back to follow the sound.

Very gently begin to place awareness in the space around you and make your breath a little bit deeper.

Start softly to move your toes,

Your fingers,

Rolling the head and slowly transition to a seated position.

If you're seated,

Maybe change the crossing of your legs and take your time to observe how is your body,

How is your mind and how is the quality of your breath.

As you continue with your day,

Try to observe how the power of a still and calm mind can help us to deal with daily situation from a place of love,

Of ease.
