Hello,
My name is Melanie Kiss.
I'm a health and wellness coach using an NLP and Bon Am approach.
Guiding people to expand their connection with mind,
Body,
And soul using science and spirituality for them to live their best lives with inner peace and happiness connected to their true nature.
Let's begin.
Welcome.
Let us start today by calling forth and sinking into the energy that runs through our body,
Through our surroundings,
Through the earth and the air around us.
The energy that runs through all.
Take in everything.
Take in chaos.
Take in quiet.
Take in hurt.
Take in love.
Just let the feelings flow for a few minutes.
Here we are trying to create some space for ourselves today by finding a sense of balance.
Sorting through these feelings will come.
We will acknowledge all of them.
The pain,
The loss,
The struggle,
The hope.
For now,
Just allow all to flow into your consciousness.
And breathe.
If you find it difficult to breathe or perhaps you feel like your body needs more air,
Just a bit more intentional about your breath.
You do not have to focus entirely on it.
It is okay if the sharp flow of emotion is consuming most of your attention right now.
Just once every few seconds,
Take in a big breath of air right down to the belly and release it.
Now I invite you to look around your space and softly focus on the signs of safety around you.
Take a mental picture of these signs and send an intention to your nervous system now to feel safe.
But in this moment and for the next few minutes,
It is okay to let go and have your walls down just for a while.
Depending on the sense of security and dependability,
Turn your focus inwards now and note the signs of safety within you.
Perhaps it's your steady breath or in the simple certainty that if you were to feel your pulse,
You would feel the heart beating and the blood pumping.
It can even be in the quiet acceptance of the strong and sure embrace of your body as a whole within which you reside,
With which you experience your existence.
When you feel ready,
Either close your eyes or soften your gaze and look down as your nose.
The loss of a loved one,
The loss of a relationship,
The complete and sudden shattering of any sense of a fulfilling future,
Whatever it may be.
Dealing with tragedy,
Whether individual or collective,
Can be extremely complicated and painful.
We may feel betrayed,
Confused,
Constantly agitated and anxious.
We feel lost and we want to find the way back to steadiness and calm,
To peace and joy,
To a sense of predictability and familiarity.
We want to have some semblance of control back.
In an attempt to control our reactions to situations outside of us that seem completely out of control,
We deny ourselves access to the emotional recesses of our mind.
We deny ourselves access to the reality and detach from it because the hurt seems too heavy to bear,
The loss too sudden to accept,
The change too drastic to cope with.
In doing so,
We experience eruptions of extreme emotional volatility,
Turbulent waves threatening to pull us down.
So there is this constant unsettling back and forth between these two states of being.
Today we are not attempting anything grand.
We just want to find a place of rest between these two states.
A balanced and secured sense of space,
Even if it's only for a few minutes.
You deserve some rest.
You deserve to let go.
You deserve to know that no matter the circumstances outside,
There is a place within you that is nurturing and secure.
Nature has its seasons and its ways.
There is violence even in nature.
But that does not stop it from seeking growth.
Nature is constantly evolving and transforming through even the seemingly violent situations.
There is a lot to unpack here.
Transformation is part of our life and in all honesty,
So is resistance to this transformation.
So let's acknowledge that simple truth right now.
Acknowledge that you want to get out of this uncomfortable and painful situation.
Acknowledge it without criticism.
And move beyond that to ask yourself,
Why?
What is it that is fueling this agony and discomfort in you?
Examine it.
Observe it.
Know that right now is a safe space for you to answer that.
This is all good awareness.
This is all intentional and right now,
You have the choice to skip over this if you want.
If you feel like skipping over,
Accept that and skip it.
You do not have to deal with everything you feel right now.
Just be kind with your acceptance.
Know that you can create a safe space for yourself again.
Sometimes soon to be with your feelings and to provide them a healthy space to express themselves through you.
You can create it again and again and again until you feel okay letting go of this hurt and embracing the transformation fully.
Right now,
As you breathe in and breathe out for the next few minutes,
Just be here and acknowledge everything that comes to your mind,
However they come to your mind.
The resistance,
The allowing,
All of it.
You will be okay.
I invite you to continue with this meditation.
Allow yourself to feel the emotions in silence.
Focus on your breath.
Whenever you're ready,
You could open your eyes.
Stored.
