Welcome, beautiful soul, and thank you for joining me in this gratitude meditation. Time to give thanks to yourself and those around you. In this meditation, you are taking time to offer love to others and yourself as you reflect on your gratitude for all that surrounds you.

Hello,

My name is Melanie Kiss.

I'm a health and wellness coach using an NLP and Bon Am approach,

Guiding people to expand their connection with mind,

Body,

And soul using science and spirituality for them to live their best lives with inner peace and happiness connected to their true nature.

Let's begin.

Welcome beautiful soul,

And thank you for joining me in this gratitude meditation.

Let's begin by planting ourselves in a lotus meditation posture.

Bring your palms to gently hug your knees.

Breathe in.

Straighten your spine and allow your eyelids to close slowly as you breathe out.

Begin to relax your face and body by connecting with your respiration.

Breathe profoundly through your nose and into your abdomen.

Breathe out and intend to relax your forehead.

Relax your eyes and temples.

Breathe out and loosen up your jaw line and mouth.

Relax each muscle on your face and feel the peacefulness it brings with it.

Bring a subtle smile to your lips and continue to breathe deep into your abdomen.

Straighten your spine,

Bring your chest in front of you and allow your shoulders to drop down.

Breathe.

Stay present.

Begin to visualize yourself floating on a beautiful lotus flower in a bright and vast ocean of light.

Feel the energy present here as a warm embrace.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe out and inhale.

Again,

Inhale and breathe out.

Surrender to this peacefulness and begin to charge your heart with energy.

See it as a channel of light coming down from above and reversing through the top of your head and into your heart center.

See it as a bright gold light pouring as a waterfall into your chest.

Allow it to fill you with high frequency emotions such as love,

Compassion and gratitude.

Breathe in and charge yourself with these high vibrations and feel them opening your heart even more.

Make a brief moment to bring a state of gratefulness within by connecting and thanking everything that surrounds you.

Begin by sharing your gratitude towards Mother Earth and all the elements sustaining your essence and physical body.

Think of the souls surrounding you and loving you.

Breathe in light into your heart and set the intention to send them love and light and whisper to them,

Thank you.

I love you.

Finally begin to thank yourself by bringing self-love and gratitude within toward your body.

Respiration and heartbeat.

Say to yourself,

Thank you.

I love you.

Continue to smile at yourself and the entire world.

Make this state of gratitude deep within and continue every day of life from this perspective of love and gratefulness towards everything surrounding you.
