Welcome to today's meditation.

Before we begin I want you to find your own safe,

Sacred meditation spot.

It doesn't matter where you meditate,

As long as you feel safe and it is quiet and you can be comfortable.

Make yourself comfortable now.

You can be sitting,

Lying down or standing,

Whatever feels best for you.

Uncross your legs and arms.

Your spine is tall and your neck and your head are straight.

Close your eyes and go within.

Now imagine you are walking down a staircase.

With every step you take you are either breathing in or breathing out.

Try to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

You can breathe out with a loud audible sigh.

As long as that helps you get rid of all stagnant air in your body.

Let's walk down the staircase together now.

One Two Three Four Five Six Seven Eight Nine And Ten You are in a safe,

Peaceful place now.

Ready for your meditation.

In today's meditation you will learn to calm down.

Calm your mind.

Let go of stress.

Calm yourself.

Spend a few minutes relaxed and in the now.

You will wake up refreshed and ready for the rest of the day.

Try to breathe in and out.

Deep breaths in and out.

Now imagine this clean,

Pure,

Cool air entering through your nose into your head.

The air is spreading and swirling in your head.

It is going into every little corner of your head and it is giving you energy.

It is giving you focus.

It allows you to focus and to think and to concentrate on what is important.

It gives you energy to do what you need to do and to think about what you need to think.

It allows you to see what you need to see.

It allows you to hear what you need to hear.

Now imagine the air going down into your throat and your neck.

It loosens up your neck and it widens your throat.

It gives you the energy to say what you need to say.

To use your voice.

Now imagine the air going into your chest and into your heart.

It is going all the way into the last corner of your lungs and into your heart and around your heart.

It gives you the energy to stand straight,

To be tall,

To love,

To feel joy,

Gratitude,

Happiness.

Now imagine this air going into your belly and into your hips.

It gives you the energy to digest and to let go.

It allows you to feel every feeling,

Every emotion that is coming your way.

Love,

Joy,

Sadness,

Gratitude,

Anger,

Frustration.

Every emotion is allowed.

You can accept it.

You can allow it.

And then you let go.

You are safe.

There is no need to hold on to any of those emotions in your belly or on your hips.

You are free to let them go.

Now imagine this clean,

Pure air going into your legs and your arms,

Into your feet and your hands.

It is giving you the energy to move,

To walk,

To run,

To dance,

To hug,

To play,

To embrace.

This air is filling your body with energy to do what you want to do.

To think what you want to think,

To say what you want to say and to feel what you want to feel.

You are feeling calm and relaxed.

You are feeling well balanced,

Full of energy and ready to do what you want to do for the rest of your day.

Whenever you are ready you can become aware of your surroundings again.

You are starting to hear sounds around you.

You are starting to feel the air around you.

You feel the surface you are sitting,

Lying or standing on.

And when you are ready,

Slowly and mindfully open your eyes.

Thank you for meditating with me.

I am Sita and I am sending you much love and laughter.
