An invitation to settle into present moment experience, beginning with three deep breaths. This supports us to tune into how we are doing just now and open to sensations, emotions and thoughts, welcoming all of what's here. We then move into an exploration of sensations where the body touches the ground, dwelling within them and allowing them to support a deeper connection the ground and its qualities. There is an invitation to resource ourselves by allowing the blessings of all who have awakened before us to support us now. Finally we open to the six senses and all of what can be experienced coming and going in the senses - sounds, sights, smells, tastes, physical sensations, and thoughts and emotions.
