Feel arthavadhatu,

The reproductive organs in your body.

Feel the creativity and the vitality provided by arthavadhatu.

Feel ojas,

The essence of all the dhatus.

Feel this prime energy reserve in your body.

Feel the subtle essence of the water element giving you a constant source of blissfulness.

Feel your whole body.

Feel each and every layer.

Feel each part carry out its tasks easily and naturally.

Feel the wisdom of the universe in your mind and body.

Abide in that.

Feel your breath as it is.

Now take a full breath in.

Exhale with ease.

Again,

Let your breathing be easeful and natural.

Remember your sankapa.
