This is your 15 minute fertility boosting meditation.
No matter what stage of the journey you're on,
This meditation is created to support and care for your body,
Mind and soul,
Because none of it's easy.
But the more inner strength that we have,
The less overwhelming it can be.
I believe the mind is super powerful and we can use it to nourish and prepare our body for motherhood.
The first part offers self-compassion to help soften any anxieties,
Fear or overwhelm.
And then we'll use a creative visualization to bring in that energy of strength,
Vitality and joy.
Settling into a comfortable seat in a quiet space that you won't be disturbed.
Begin to gently close the eyes,
Acknowledging where you are right now.
And begin by taking three deep settling breaths,
Breathing in and filling the lungs.
And exhaling a long out-breath.
Taking a deep inhale and a deep exhale.
And then we'll take a deep inhale and a deep exhale,
Taking a deep inhale.
And a long,
Slow exhale.
One more of your deepest breaths.
And release.
And as you begin to breathe naturally with no effort,
We'll begin to set an intention for this meditation by simply saying a positive word that feels right for you.
This could be peace,
Love,
Joy,
Creativity.
Choose one that feels right and quietly say it in the mind now.
And when you say this word,
Notice what energy it brings.
Maybe you can see it as breathing in a colorful light.
What color would that be?
And repeat this for a few cycles of breath.
If at any time you get distracted or overwhelmed,
Know that you can always come back to quietly saying that simple but powerful word.
Now bring to mind the image of your future family.
And notice what emotions are here as you sense this image.
It can be a mixture of feelings from love,
Hope,
Fear,
Or worry.
Just know it's okay to have these emotions.
And if you're feeling a little bit more relaxed of kind ofмерly thinking about it,
Then you should be able to sense it.

Just think of it as 2wei ingredients in the stomach anxiety,
Anger,
Worry.
And as you label this emotion instead of pushing it away,
Can you allow it to be here just for this moment?
Allowing doesn't mean agreeing with it,
It just means we're not trying to fix or push it away right now.
And as you investigate,
Can you sense where in the body this energy is?
What shape or color it might be?
Is it moving or solid?
And if you inhale,
Sending a loving breath to that energy,
Does it soften?
Begin to bring in the image of a compassionate,
Wise person.
It can be somebody who loves you,
Or someone you know who is a kind soul.
And as they witness this worry,
Fear,
Or longing that you have,
What would this wise,
Kind soul do or say to comfort you?
Maybe they listen to you intently.
Maybe you could imagine them giving you a big warm hug.
How would that kindness feel?
By placing one hand on your heart,
Feeling it gently beating.
Imagine inhaling all of that kindness and warmth from this person as you breathe in.
And know that you are doing the best that you can.
And with this person still by your side,
Can you start to picture the image of a movie screen in front of you?
And as you look at this screen,
You see yourself.
You're with the family you're calling in.
Allow yourself to picture the most beautiful scene filled with love,
Connection,
Smiles and tears.
And whenever those limiting beliefs or blocks appear,
You can simply breathe in that intention,
That one word you chose.
Love,
Peace,
Joy,
Whatever it was.
Come back to that word again and again.
The more you can let that feeling in,
The more powerful this will be.
And with this person still by your side,
Can you start to picture the image of a movie screen in front of you?
And with this person still by your side,

Beginning now to take a couple of deeper breaths.
Filling yourself up on any of the positive mothering energy,
The joy,
The love.
Breathe it all in.
And exhale to allow the body to relax.
Let's do this one more time.
Breathing in every ounce of that intention,
That colorful light.
And as you exhale,
Feel that sense of inner strength.
Feeling that this energy is here for you anytime you need it.
I invite you to practice this as often as you can.
Releasing anything heavy that's blocking you.
And letting in the strength of compassion and creativity.
Because building the energy of compassion is like learning a skill.
The more we practice it,
The stronger it gets.
