Hello and welcome. My name is Simone and I'm going to be guiding you through this meditation in order to get a message from your ancestors, Angels, Or guides. To begin with, We are going to take some deep breaths to calm our nervous systems and to center our minds and spirits in order to open up for the message that is hoping to come through today. Nothing can come in or out without your express permission. Breathe deeply as you build that bubble all around you. Making sure to exhale anything you don't want in your energy field anymore. As it closes down gently and firmly it gets so heavy that it couldn't open now even if it tried. And with that you may begin to open your eyes. Gently move your body and come back to space.
