Breath Of Fire
Breath of Fire or as it is also called -inspired by the YogaBody teachings- “Coffee breathing.” Use this practice with caution. As with coffee, you don't want too much too often. Use it in the morning to get you going, to wake you up. You can also use it before exercise to start moving, and maybe in the afternoon, when you feel you’re going for that sugary snack.
