Let's practice breath of fire,
A coffee category breathing that will energize and wake up your body.
To begin take a comfortable seated position.
If you're sitting on the floor,
Cross your legs.
If you're sitting on a chair,
Legs hip distance apart.
The soles of your feet planted on the floor,
Your back away from the backrest.
Place both hands on your belly for a more conscious practice.
We will exhale by engaging the muscles of the lower abdomen and forcing the breath out.
Think of a sneezing sensation or as if somebody threw a ball right into your belly.
Focus on sharp strong exhales and allow the inhale to happen on its own.
It sounds like this.
Let's begin together.
We will do three rounds of 20 breaths.
Close your eyes,
Chin parallel to the floor,
Face and shoulders relaxed.
Three two one.
Exhale exhale exhale exhale exhale exhale exhale exhale exhale ten nine eight seven six five four three two one.
Breathe normally,
Eyes closed,
Face relaxed,
Shoulders relaxed,
Belly relaxed.
