Sovereign & Free

I have been on a lifelong journey of learning to trust my inner wisdom and guidance above all else. I have observed that anytime we identify as part of a group, be it a religion, or pol party, community organization, or anything else we are very tempted to outsource our critical thinking and discernment as we wholesale buy into the group's thinking. In my meditations, I keep getting the message to release all forms of groupthink...not because the group is necessarily wrong but because I am most empowered when I measure all my beliefs, values, and decisions by the innate discernment from within above all else. When I do this I may agree with the group I am part of on most topics anyway but I will truly own my beliefs and values for myself. This is the absolute best insulation from deception. The more sovereign we are the greater sense of community, vulnerability, and connection we can truly enjoy!
