This class uses Yoga Nidra with Sound Vibrations to activate, embody, and integrate ahimsa or nonviolence. The practice of Ahimsa, establishes the art of changing the minds direction from violence to nonviolence: affection, respect, and love. This creates the touchstone for a firm foundation that will begin to create new Samskaras – ways of perceiving and being – that turn good thoughts into good deeds, gradually bringing the unrestrained mind under control.
