Welcome to this guided meditation,
Thank you mantra meditation and gratitude practice.
This practice can be done anytime,
Anywhere and it's a wonderful way to start and finish the day.
It has a broad spectrum of usage and gives sense of peace,

Love,
Enrichment and it also helps to shift the view from feeling incomplete to feeling whole,
From being needy to being enriched,
From being unthankful to being thankful and grateful to life,
To existence,
To people,
To situations.
Let's start.
I invite you to take a deep breath and place your one hand into the heart center and while taking a deep breath feel it hitting in the middle of the chest.
Exhale also deeply from heart.
Inhale and exhale.
On the next inhale and on exhale start thinking,
Start your practice on inhale.

I invite you to start thinking of things you have in life,

Now using thank you mantra I invite you to take out and say aloud about things which may bother you,
Things or situations which needs improvement.

Thank you life for sending me this lesson,

It can be just senses,
It can be thoughts,
It can be something which make you uncomfortable,
Heavy,

Suppressed.

All these feelings are mine.

During the positive thinking,
