I would like to start this meditation by first holding sacred space with you.
At the count of three,
I would like for you to just find a comfortable position to be seated in,
Relax your muscles,
Scan your body for any tension that may arise as you're sitting still and finding your place of comfortability.
And I want you to relax and take one deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Think about welcoming the fall season.
It is here,
It has arrived.
Spiritually,
This can be a beautiful way to attune yourself to your natural rhythm,
The rhythm and flow of the universe of Mother Earth,
Mother Nature,
And deepen your introspection and open yourself up to symbolic transformations.
This is a time to inspire you,
For you to adapt and find your own spiritual path and inner knowing.
Letting go and releasing,
Just like the tree shed leaves,
We're also invited to release what no longer serves us.
Whether that may be old beliefs,
Fears,
Burdens,
It's time for a change,
Just as the seasons change.
As the days darken earlier,
Let's celebrate and reflect and do some inner work.
As the days are sharpened,
There's more inward tuning and depth that we can find within ourselves.
We can find balance between the marks of the day and the night and the transitions that we see as the seasons change.
So this is the time for preparation,
For rest and renewal.
Just as nature retreats into winter,
We too might rest,
Slow down and regenerate ourselves.
This is the time.
In many traditions,
There is combinations of the time to connect with the spiritual realms,
Connect with your ancestors and do the things that feel familiar and right for your spirit.
And in tune into those thoughts and feelings and find a sense of harmony and balance.
So today,
I thank you for coming and showing up for yourself and being here.
This year may have been full of peaks and valleys,
Highs and lows,
As life interchangeably shows us all the different dynamics of what our lives can be and how we should show up.
Each and every day,
We are reminded how great we are,
How resilient we are,
How strong we are.
So I just want to remind you today that you are resilient and I want you to take in this last inhale and exhale with that spirit of knowing,
I am enough,
I am strong,
I am resilient and now it's my time to pour back into myself with rest so that I can rejuvenate myself.
This is a time to plant seeds,
It's a time for to rest in the season of fall,
Going into winter.
This is time for things to shed and be anew when the time of the seasons come back around for spring.
So thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
Let's take an inhale through our nose with intentional breaths and hold that breath and honor your breath and be with your breath,
Be connected with yourself in this moment,
Be present,
Be mindful,
Be aware and as you release,
Think about all of the energy you put forth this year in the first,
Second and third quarter and release that out of your body.
Think of it as like tension that was built up emotionally and mentally and you're now having the opportunity to just let it all out.
So I'll give you a few minutes to just hold that breath and be present in this moment.
Thank you.
Namaste.
