This is the second track in this "Trust Your Truth" meditation series. This guided meditation encourages participants to explore fluidity, movement, and duality within themselves. So find a comfortable seated position, closing your eyes, and tune inward to discover your personal flow through gentle movements or breath awareness. You will be guided to focus on the pelvis and lower abdomen, repeating the mantra "VAM" to connect with the second chakra. Imagine a river moving up the spine and a waterfall cascading down the front of the body, to synchronize with the breath. This visualization helps facilitate a sense of flow and connection with the surrounding space. The session concludes with gentle movements, visualization of the color orange (associated with the second chakra), and reflections on integrating dualities such as day and night, masculine and feminine.

Hello and welcome to the Trust Your Truth Guided Meditation album.

This is our second meditation for the second chapter and second chakra.

This is called Find Your Own Flow.

And the element of the second chakra is water.

And so we're going to be exploring flow and fluidity,

Movement and duality,

And an integration of all of the movement possibilities and dualities in the body so that you can connect into yourself and what is your flow,

What flow feels true for you.

So go ahead and find your comfortable seated position.

Maybe you're on your bed or on the couch or maybe you're sitting on a cushion on the floor,

Or perhaps in a chair.

And if it's comfortable for you,

We can go ahead and close the eyes,

Closing the eyes,

Tuning the awareness inward.

Finding your own flow.

So maybe you feel like you need to make a little bit of movement.

Maybe you want to circle the ribs or circle the shoulders or move the arms.

Just explore either through movement or just through breath and feeling the inside of your body.

What does flow feel like for you?

Flow,

Flow,

Flow.

What does it mean to find your own flow?

And bringing the awareness to the pelvis,

The lower abdomen,

The hips,

And the pelvic bowl.

We're going to repeat the mantra VAM,

V-A-M,

VAM,

Eight times together.

And you can either listen and receive the vibration of VAM coming from me,

Or you can join with me repeating VAM together.

And so inhaling into the whole body and exhaling VAM,

VAM,

VAM,

VAM,

VAM,

VAM,

VAM.

Allowing the body to soften.

Perhaps noticing your capacity to rest and let go even more.

Releasing any anxiety or tension.

Or perhaps just releasing a little bit of any anxiety or tension that might be held in the body.

And sensing that the body is this vessel,

This container for movement and flow.

That all of the waters of the body can move in the container of this vessel.

And that there is a natural fluidity,

A natural capacity to ebb and flow that exists within your own ecosystem,

In your own space.

And gently begin to notice just a slight lengthening of the inhalation.

And notice the relief of the exhalation.

Noticing how the breath flows into the body like the ocean flows onto the shore.

And noticing how the breath leaves the body and ebbs back into the vast surrounding space outside of the body.

Inhale to flow and exhale to release the breath.

And bringing the awareness now gently to the base of the spine,

The pelvis behind the body.

And as the body receives the inhale,

Imagine the breath moving up the spine like a river of water is moving upward to the top of the skull.

And as the body exhales,

Imagine a waterfall washing down the face,

Down the chest,

Down the front of the body,

Back to the pelvis and back to the earth.

Visualizing and inhaling this river of water moves up the spine.

And visualizing and exhaling this waterfall washes down the front of the body,

Back to the pelvis,

Back to the earth.

Sensing this movement of breath,

River up the spine,

And waterfall down the front of the body.

Synchronizing this image of water with the breath.

And now just gently begin to feel and sense the body in relationship to the surrounding space.

Perhaps noticing the temperature of the air in the room or any sounds.

Perhaps noticing the feeling sense of the quality of energy in the room.

And just notice your own flow of connection.

Sensing where the body ends and the room begins.

Sensing where the room touches the body and where the body merges and meets.

The room.

Just noticing yourself in relationship with the surrounding space and sensing the gentle energy of flow,

Of connection.

And begin to wiggle the toes and wiggle the fingers,

Maybe making a circle with the ribs and the spine.

Invite some movement back into the body.

And we'll inhale to reach the arms up overhead,

Taking a big reach.

And exhaling,

Bringing the hands to the center of the chest,

Palms press.

Resting the thumbs on the sternum,

Lifting the sternum into the thumbs.

And inhaling,

Visualizing the color orange in the pelvis.

And exhaling,

Bowing the chin to the chest,

Honoring and acknowledging your relationship to that which is outside of you and that connection to that which is inside of you.

Your relationship to day and night,

Summer and winter,

Masculine and feminine,

Sun and moon,

Hot and cold,

Inside and outside.

And may these dualities be fully integrated in your body and being so that you can experience your own true nature,

Your own relationship to all that is flowing within you and around you.

And as you awaken to this flow,

May you remember your power,

Your connection to the truth within.

Deep,

Full inhale.

And exhaling,

Letting it all go.

And when you're ready,

Let the eyes flutter open.

Take in the light in the room,

Notice what you see with your vision.

And welcome back.
