This is Daily Magic for Peace.
Today we will explore embodied peace.
Welcome to The Circle.
So this is another episode where you actually don't need an object.
You just need something you have with you all the time.
You just need your body.
Today we're going to explore embodied peace.
So bring your body and let's get going.
The intention of these shows is to weave a circle where everybody is invited.
Everybody who listens to this episode can join in The Circle,
Can take a seat in The Circle as we send our intention together.
For our first grounding experience today,
I invite you to bring your hands together or touch your body one part to another,
However feels comfortable to you.
If you're using your hands,
You might clasp them together.
And I'd like to invite you to be aware of the warmth of your skin.
What's the quality of your touch?
I invite you to look at your hands or whatever part of your body is touching and notice that you are touching your body.
That sounds a little silly,
I know,
But notice it,
See it,
Realize it.
We do a lot of things with our body without even noticing it because we develop muscle memory.
So we grab the remote control and use it without looking at it,
Or we grab something we need off the table,
Or we're not always conscious of how we are using our body,
How we are touching our body,
What we are touching.
So just take a moment to feel this connection and actually look at it and notice it.
This is your body in this moment,
Your wonderful,
Beautiful body.
And I invite you to take a breath.
In.
Today we're gonna breathe from the earth into our heart and up to the sky and back down into the heart.
So the first step is to feel your grounding.
Feel your connection to the earth.
Allow your consciousness to effortlessly drop down into the earth until you feel that connection.
And when you have that connection,
I invite you to breathe it up into your heart.
Deep breath.
And now feel your heart.
Just let your heart expand.
Just kind of breathe normally and feel your heart.
Oh,
Become aware of your heart.
How much space is your heart taking up?
How much space is your heart energy taking up?
Just become aware of your heart space.
You can clear anything out you don't want.
You can enhance anything you do want.
This is your heart space.
And now let's take a deep breath into our heart.
And exhale out,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up.
Letting our awareness go up through the ceiling and out into the middle of the cosmos.
Breathing out and up,
Connecting up.
And now breathing in,
Down.
Breathe that cosmic energy down into your heart space.
And breathe out and let that breath go down into the earth.
And just on your own now,
Begin to breathe up from the earth into your heart and then into the sky and then down into your heart and down into the earth.
And just landing,
Ending in your heart space,
Maybe putting a hand on your heart if that feels comforting to you.
And just resting for a moment.
So embodied peace.
So we started today by touching our own skin,
By connecting with our own body.
And now we are sitting here in our own space.
We are in this body that is connected to our spirit in a very active way.
And from this place,
I invite you to play with the concept of softness.
Imagine your body softening.
Sometimes our bodies will soften when they feel safe.
When somebody we love maybe puts a hand on our shoulder or we realize we don't have to do something we don't wanna do or we get to do something we do wanna do.
What is something that makes your body melt and fall into a deep state of tranquility?
And I invite you to picture that.
Imagine it very clearly and explore the concept of softening,
Inviting your body to soften just for a few minutes here in this space when we're together in circle,
Just softening together.
How is your body responding to this idea of softness?
And today we're not gonna send this softness anywhere.
We're not gonna do any strong magic.
We're just going to rest in the softness and allow it to recharge us,
To fill us up.
We're going to start our transition back from this place of softness.
Now let's take a breath together as we begin to transition slowly,
Breathing in and out.
And I invite you to notice the space you're in,
Allow your eyes to open if they've been closed,
Look at the colors around you,
Feel whatever you're sitting on.
What do you hear?
What do you smell?
Welcoming you back to this space you're sitting in or standing in or lying in right now.
And I thank you so much for joining me for a bit of softness and a bit of embodied peace today.
May it be so.
Thank you so much for being with us today.
Your presence,
Your energy and your heart make all the difference in healing our world.
Remember to breathe today,
Breathe and expand.
And I hope you join us again next time for another healing meditation.
Thank you so much for joining us.
And I'll see you next time.
See you again next time.
And please consider inviting a friend.
That's it for Daily Magic for Peace.
